the water jet is set back, with the suction quite forward, need to tip back the tool to dampen area to clean. a cheap squirt gun has power in regards to water

This is a great tool – they have improved this so much since the last Rug Doctor machine I bought. Works really well although the head is now larger and is a little harder to use on the stairs but it cleans very very well!

This device works very well but is a little hard for a woman to use. Thats because it a little heavy and the tubes are stiff. This is a professional machine that lasts. If you have hard water you need to clean the spray head form time to time with a deliming agent and this is the only thing I see that could be a problem. HEAVY DUTY.

This isn’t compatible with my Rug Doctor Pro X3 and there is nothing on the prod description to indicate this.
When I called customer service for help the rep first told me I was wrong and it goes with all machines but then changed his mind and said it’s not.
The seller needs to clarify this on the description to prevent this from happening to others. Very disappointed.

This attachment is a must for edging, stairs, getting under stairwells, inside closets, up against angled walls, or doing things with upholstery. The sprayer is great, it is easy enough to clean, the clear end means it is easy to visualize if you are pulling water. The big handle allows you to press down and pull it easily and get good suction. I love the sleeve around the hose and wires to keep them all together. It won’t get quite to the wall, but darn close. You’ll want to drain and hang this thing up to dry folded in half when you are done before storing it. Required equipment for the places I need to use my Rug Doctor.

I just got this hand-held scrubber and was glad that it worked well and had strong suction. It is slightly cumbersome even in large open spaces. It does not easily do corners and concave edges since the head and handle move as one piece. You’ll likely loose the ability to scrub in the tightest areas. I had to remove the car seats to clean under the seat and along the center console, even though I would have done this anyway for a thorough cleaning. I would like to see a version of this with a pivotal cleaning head and an accessory without the scrubber to get at the tight corners.

First off, the product works fine, but it was not NEW as listed, but instead I received a clearly USED product, as there was water that came out of the hose when I opened it up. Amazon was prompt and send me a new one next day, and it works fine, but still, please don’t sell me a NEW item and then turn around and ship me a USED item.
