   Does the job well for the meantime but overall it shoots water out through the vents and always needing water every seat done for detailing. All together 3.5 stars. Get the heated one it’ll be worth it .

   This cleans pretty well, however the vacuum strength is low. My shop vac would blow this out of the water. The seller was great, and sent me a pic of the hose kit ahead of time as none of their posting pics show it. The unit appears to be high quality and at a good price. I paid a guy to shampoo my sectional and it was $300 (he was only at my house for 2 hours, and said it would be more next time as it took “so long”). Buying this helps me live with the fact that I have an older dog on a very light colored microfiber sectional.

   I attached the picture of the hose they sent me. Again, not sure why this isn’t just in the listing.

   Hose broke on the first day here at my shop. Greatly disappointed. I would have sent the entire thing back but I cannot find the box for the life of me. I was using my “ol faithful” wet shop vac. I sprung extra so I could show my employees to use hot water to refill the extractor (thinking I could save money). Stuck with a 600$ paperweight. I thought these guys seemed “legit based of their reviews and customer feedback and somewhat funny/interesting low quality YouTube videos. I definitely would not recommend this item for anyone.

   Great extractor. I use Chemical Guys Fabric Clean and Lightning Fast with a DA polisher and upholstery brush to loosen and agitate dirt and this sucks it right up.

   I am a mobile detailer. Having a quality extractor is a must for my business.
   Pros
   1. It is small
   2. The sprayer is powerful
   3. Construction is tough and durable

   Cons
   1. Suction is underwhelming/It could be much better. My $69 6hp Shop Vac has a stronger lift than this does
   2. The open water fill tank is annoying it sloshes everywhere and is not conducive to moving the PORTABLE machine
   3. No cord or hose wrap so everything is kind of just coiled up as a separate tool. Not good for mobile
   4. Not a huge CON but the storage tank for the waste water is tiny (understandable its a small unit)
   5. It comes with no user manual. Something this expensive and no user manual blows my mind. It is only a few buttons but a lifetime of switching a pump in the wrong sequence or without water could cause premature failure. I was told it is all online now. A little frustrating for such a high price point.

   My unit arrived with a broken waste cap. After I emailed a picture the seller sent a replacement right away.

   Would I buy again. No I would not. The price point is so high for what you get. I would look for a similar size unit that has a closed fill tank, tool storage, and better suction/water lift.
   Does it get the job done, Yes but so does a $99 pet vac from WalMart.

   Recieved a unit that was not working propery. I recieved a phone call from Joe, the owner, and he offered to send me a new one. After discussing some possible problems I was able to easily fix the unit. Thank you for the great customer service! I would buy again in a heartbeat.
