After owning a floor cleaner for over a year, this was next on my wish list. We had a puppy and now two kittens plus 3 little boys with a new home. With lots of allergies from pet dander, you can imagine how much cleaning I do. I had another brand carpet cleaner to remove potty accidents from the pets and while at same time potty training my youngest. The carpet was quickly destroyed. To add fuel to the fire, my old carpet cleaner wasn’t doing a very good job. Cleaning the dirt bucket was a pain, the vacuum would wreak with urine and leak constantly. It was a nightmare. This one my husband and I put it to a test, we used uv light to inspect the house(boy were we surprised the old cleaner didn’t fully remove the stains from our previous puppy). Then we used this Tineco Carpet one pro smart carpet cleaner and we were blown away. No stains were left behind after checking with uv light. I love how easy it is to move it around the house, doesn’t take a lot of energy out of me, especially after a bad accident that causes a lot of pain to move my shoulder and arm. Although, carrying it up and down the stairs my husband helps. I am a huge fan of the technology portion, how well it dries the carpet and senses when it hits 100% or 25% or 50%. There is 3 different modes, regular, max(my favorite!!) Or dry. I love the reminders when it’s time to add clean water with tineco cleaner(2 cups of the solution with water) or when it’s time to clean the nasty, dirty water. The dirty water became a fascinating thing for my boys to see how dirty the water is which equates to how dirty our carpet was. Not to mention my middle son and I breathe much better, my husband is raving about how nice our house smells now(thanks to Tineco solution). It’s very easy to connect to Tineco application.
You can adjust the volume through the app. You can also change the language to German, Spanish, French, and English if you prefer something different. It would be great to see in Russian, Ukrainian and few other languages that are a lot more common. But not a deal breaker.
It also comes with a cord to clean the staircase or couches/upholstery. Super convenient, however it doesn’t come with a storage bag to keep the used cord or accessories. Instead on instructions it’s asking me to place it in a shipping plastic bag. Could use improvement on that part.

I had decided that I was going to purchase the carpet One, non-Pro version. When I pulled up the page, I was looking at prices and the carpet One pro had a $100 off coupon available. This made the price $499 which was the same price as the non-Pro version at the time, so it seemed like a no-brainer to me. A couple of days after receiving it, I went back on Amazon to see what current prices were and I was let down. The non-Pro version is now selling for $349. They had obviously raised the price to get people to switch just like I did, probably because they needed to unload some. I contacted them about being upset about being duped, and their solution was to offer me a free bottle of cleaning solution. I felt that was rather insulting. The carpet One pro is definitely not worth the extra money spent. The Wi-Fi function is pointless. While the LED screen is fancy, it doesn’t do much more than what the non-Pro version does. I do feel like the sensor showing how dirty the area is, or the sensor showing how damp the area is, are both gimmicks. I have not noticed any consistency with either of those functions. I do feel like it is a good carpet cleaner, but definitely not for more than $349.

This machine will absolutely blow your mind! We keep a fairly tidy home with things in check (for the most part). Before we used this for the first time I vacuumed the floor as I normally would have any other time. I would like to add that after finishing our normal cleaning method the carpets do look very clean. ‘Tineco enters the room’ and says “hold my beer”… what once was clean is now spotless! Was blown away how this things senses dirty areas (shown as red for dirty). It made complete sense though – heavy traffic areas in front of doors, entry ways, and furniture. This thing even dries the carpet with a humidity gauge on the dash. The carpet actually feels dry to the touch when you’re done. (No, it’s not 100% dry but it drastically reduced the dry time it would normally take)
Yes – they are spendy. Yes – you’ll kick yourself for not buying one earlier. No – you will not regret it. In fact, this is our second unit as we had already purchased the solid surface cleaner as well!

This cleans my rugs well and got some old stains out of the white carpet in my bedroom.
It is not too big and gets under most things well, like tables.
Warning: the voice prompts are LOUD. I was frantically trying to shut it off the first time because my husband was on a conference call in the next room. The machine itself is pretty loud, but you will definitely want to mute or turn down the voice prompts. Sorry though, you must download the app to turn the volume down, so I recommend doing that first.
Cleaning the machine is not that bad. I watched a video on how to do it and it’s a breeze. You will need to do it every single time you use it though, and let it all dry.
One thing I am disappointed about is the tank size. I have a large home so I had to refill this tank a lot of times, but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me.
The price is really high and I doubt I would have bought this if it hadn’t been a prime day deal.

I’ve used a handful of different carpet cleaners in the past and this one was definitely worth the money. The auto cleaning function works great and tells you how dirty the carpet is as you clean. The drying function is easy to use as it tells you digitally how dry the carpet is with each pass.
Notifies you when the clean tank is empty, automatically shuts off when the dirty tank is full, and provides quick visual instructions if there is an issue so you can correct it quickly and get back to cleaning.
It basically makes carpet cleaning super easy and effortless. Besides sweating like crazy while you have a giant hair dryer going at the end.
Used this on 7 year old carpet that was installed by my landlord that was probably the cheapest carpet he could buy. And was still able to clean almost everything out (minus some dark black olive stains from a stupid olive tree).
