   Garbage product. I should have listened to the reviews. Just payed over 1300$ for this. The pump doesn’t spray right out of the box. Doesn’t work with heater vaccum and pump running. I have it hooked up to a 20 amp circuit as well. Straight out the box it was a disaster. And I all I used was water. My bissel lasted a year and had zero problems can’t believe I have to go back to 160$ extractor bc this mytee 8070 sucks. Also they are making me drive to 1 1/2 hour away and back to make the claim. BEWARE BOUGHT ON JUNE 2nd. Used once and halfway though job is broken ridiculous for spending over 1300$. And ULTRA CLEAN SUPPLY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS DO NOT BUY

   Mine was vapor locked from the factory and the instructions in the box to fix the problem were not sufficient. I called their customer service line and their pdf instructions they supplied were literally the same as what was in the box and what they provided on the phone. Then I called the company I bought it from and they discussed driving it to a warranty center or mailing it in for repair. Fortunately the company I talked to said that it is pretty easy to fix if I’m OK taking it apart. I ended up splitting my unit in half and on the bottom portion there is the pump and heater. Just disconnected the hoses internally to release the pressure then reattach and you are good to go.

   Other than that minor issue, the unit has been great. I removed one star for ease of use since that was a bit of a pain and would have prompted most people to return the unit.

   I waited to review this until we had it for a couple of months. This has been a game changer for our detailing business. We have had many happy customers since using this to remove deep stains, stains you can’t even see and making their cars smell better. Haven’t had any mechanical issues with it.

   I use this machine a lot when doing interior details on cars and truck. Some of these interiors are destroyed and this machine makes a huge difference in getting them cleaned. The only dislike I have, is the heated solution line and fitting at the nozzle. The company provides a sleeve to put over them so you don’t get burned. But the sleeve doesn’t stay in place very well. It only hurts for a moment. Still, a very nice machine to have.

   Great machín but the what the nozzle is set up isn’t the best for suction, hoses are not best quality and will separate having you to put them back together for continued suction.
