This is not what it says it is. It’s just a steam mop. Works well as a steam mop but didn’t do any vacuuming and there are no parts for it that would be for a vacuum. the handle comes off to be a handheld steamer but that’s the end of the convertibility. Don’t be bamboozled. If you just want a steam mop that’s fine but it’s not a vacuum mop combo.

I was under the impression that I was purchasing a steam mop as well as a wet/ dry vacuum all in one by the information given in the description, however upon my first use it was quite clear that there was no vacuum features whatsoever, only steam and a multitude of attachments which delivers the steam in a variety of different ways. There is no vacuuming up water at all, no motor to create any suction nor anything more to retrieve the water than a mopping pad. The only power is to create the steam output and solely for that purpose. It also has an extremely flimsy build and began to make cracking and popping noises with the handle giving to the smallest pressure that was needed just in an attempt to scrub a dried drop of coffee from the ceramic tile. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UNFORTUNATELY WILL NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BUT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM, SINCE IN SPITE OF MY DILIGENT FRUGALITY I HAVE COMPLETELY WASTED EVERY CENT OF THE MONEY I SPENT ON THIS MERE STEAM MOP

This thing is a cheap piece of garbage. It technically does steam, so I had to give it at least 1 star. However, they would not give me the option to return. The listing says it is also a vacuum, which is the reason I purchased it…however it DOES NOT. Don’t buy this.
