When you close it, it doesn’t lock so I think this is junk. I even put a new piece on the bottom of it that it slides on because before it just slide off so I replaced the bottom piece to that stop that but it doesn’t lock in place so I don’t recommend it, I think you should go with the original equipment then some aftermarket garbage what I gave this a one star now because now when you empty it, it just slides off the vacuum junk I replaced the underneath piece too

it does not stay attached. often falls. i have to make sure to completely secure it every time i vacuum. falls off easily when opening it to let all the dust out in the trash and the dust falls everywhere. it’s truly a piece of trash. should’ve just ordered the spare part directly from dyson. do not get this.
