I liked the price tag on this Steam Mop compared to others out there. I use it on my tiles which have white grout. It keeps the grout clean. It comes with two gray pads that velcro to the bottom of the mop. There is no falling off or moving around. They wash up very nicely in the washing machine. It’s light weight, has a long cord and it’s easy to use. I’m impressed with this machine. I would recommend it. Edit: its June 2023 and I am still loving this machine!

This mop is wonderful. Quick to assemble, easy to use and heats up quickly. The mop head is a bit smaller than my last steam mop BUT I like that better because it fits in small spaces like behind the toilet. Great mop!

This is my first experience with a steam mop and I thought this one did a great job. Heated up fast, small enough to use in the bathroom but big enough it didn’t take forever. I liked that it came with two mop heads so I can put one in the wash but have the extra one ready to use. I didn’t find putting the water in very difficult. I felt like the heat/steam was evenly distributed.
The price was lower than other models so I wasn’t sure but I would definitely recommend buying it!

I decided to give the steam mop a chance after purchasing another brand at triple the price. It worked for about 15 minutes the first time using it, then died. By the time that happened I was already outside the return window. When I saw this one for around $20, I figured I’d take a chance since it’s no big loss if it turns out to be junk, like the previous steam mop I purchased. Besides the price being too good to pass up, I have a topin corded stick vac that I bought for my 5 year old, he wanted his own vacuum so he can help when I clean. After pricing toy vacuum’s, I realized I could buy a real one for about the same price, and it will actually work just like mine. I paid around $25 for the stick vac almost 2 years ago, honestly having low expectations considering the price. But I was pleasantly surprised at the suction and how light weight and convenient it was. Everyone in the family uses my sons “toy” vacuum for the small messes. He still loves using it too. When I saw the steam mop for such a low price and considering the bad luck with my previous mop, combined with the positive experience I’ve had with this brand, I had very little to lose. Once again I had fairly low expectations, just because, how good can it really be for $20? It works great, just like the stick vac, I use it at Least a couple times a week. Great company that offers reliable products and affordable prices

I was hoping to avoid shelling out a lot of money for a steam mop but unfortunately you get what you pay for in this instance. I only have one small kitchen and one small bathroom to use it on but the electronics in it quit entirely when I was halfway through my kitchen floor, on only its 3rd use. As it’s too far past the return date to return and get a refund this is exceedingly frustrating- I wasted my money and wish I had just bought a better brand and model. Please don’t waste your time on this piece of crap and pay twice as much for one that will last. As a side note, I also didn’t like that the 2 pads it came with were gray as the much better quality steam mop I had in my last house before I divorced had white pads and it’s very satisfying to be able to see the dirt you’ve lifted off your floor and what a good job it’s doing, and you just don’t get that with gray pads. Just buying white pads for it put the price I paid up closer to the range of a good steam mop. I will not be skimping this time ordering one.

After 2 months of use, I’m very happy with this steam mop. I got this after my Shark one died, and I have to say I like this one better thanks to the continuous steam.
I use it on linoleum, marble, and tile. After I’ve used it on those, I unplug it and use it on my hardwood floor, and it easily wipes up dried cat vomit.
When I first plugged it in it rattled and didn’t produce any steam until I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and after 5 minutes the rattling stopped and it steamed. Other than that one time, no issues at all.
