When we received the vacuum I charged it and turned it on. The motor worked but it did not move. The drive wheels did not engage. I called Amazon and they told me that they had contacted the seller and was told that they would contact me. But I have not heard from them.

My curiosity got out of hand and I bought this $20 robot vacuum and mop. Usually the saying “If it seems too good to be true…” pops into my head but I didn’t listen. When watching it “work”, I knew that I had steered myself down the primrose path.

This is a perfect size for a dorm for college student…
It comes from china with no english directions to read.. The package was severely crushed and a little chiped on the side..They don’t send their packages wrapped for safety…but it was cheap and it works.
