Amazon Customer –
It’s absolutely garbage, totally like where they are going with this but it’s not ready for primetime. Lack of ability to control soap spray and functions is silly stuff. AI dumb is more like it. Suction was sub par and spray was always needing more power. I still have to fix my stairs when new carpet cleaner comes

We have the Tineco spot essential, no need for the other model at all, this one just works perfectly.
We had many spot cleaners, spent lots of money on all of them and they all never worked as good as this device.
You press the power button and it goes into spot clean, you then press the trigger button to change the mode to auto mode and press it again and it goes into suction only, press again and back to spot clean.
The device speaks to you as you press the trigger and when the clean or dirty water tanks are full.
On spot clean you just put the cleaning head on the spot and the cleaner goes through all the cycles until the spot is clean (sometimes you have to run it again on the spot. )
The auto clean we use most as you just keep moving the cleaning head over areas until you are happy with the results then pull the trigger to suction to suck up any remaining water.
We never ran out of battery even having to fill and empty the tanks a few times.
You put the head in the cradle, plug in the power supply and ouch the cleaning button and the device mostly cleans well, and it is extremely easy to pop the head top off and pull the roller out to clean it.
Note: we also have the Tineco S3 and that hard floor washer/cleaner works great also!!
BUT the Tineco dry Vacuum cleaners work like crap, stay away from the cordless tineco dry vacuums.

I bough this with the floor vacuum mop and I used this just about everywhere in my house the couches, throw pillows, mattress, carpet, and chairs, and a car interior. I wanted to see how good it was and I was defiantly pleased!!

Self clean 👌. Spot clean is not realistic for you to leave the device working on it’s own since it doesn’t move and the brush is not big so it covers a very small area… I wish it had a feature that controlled the water flow.

Gets everything SUPER CLEAN, but since it is automatic, does not allow for manual timing for larger spots.

I couldn’t believe how well of a job it could do all on its own. You just set the device over the spot you wanted to clean and then tell it to clean the spot for you and it’ll run through multiple cycles if needed until it gets the spot completely clean.

What a waste of money. It does not work well at all and came used with debris in dirty water tank. It’s almost like it’s trying to be futuristic but all I need it to do is clean and it doesn’t do it well at all.

I was initially drawn to this product due to its unique features and sleek appearance. However, I have to admit that I’m disappointed with its performance, especially given the hefty $400 price tag.
Although the product does boast a modern and attractive design, its stain removal capabilities don’t outperform other similar products available on Amazon, which are priced between $100 and $200. It appears that the only advantage this product has over its more budget-friendly competitors is its advanced look and innovative features, which don’t necessarily translate to improved functionality.
Another drawback I’d like to mention is that the dirty water tank has only half the capacity of the clean water tank. This means that during a single automatic cleaning cycle, you’ll need to manually swap out the dirty water tank 2-3 times and refill the clean water tank 1-2 times. Additionally, the cleaning head is fairly small, which makes the automatic cleaning function even more inconvenient. You’ll need to keep an eye on the dirty water tank filling up or frequently reposition the cleaning head to cover other areas in need of cleaning. Consequently, all the fancy features of this product seem rather superfluous, with the only real advantage being its more attractive appearance.
I’ve noticed that there are many positive reviews for this product, and I won’t deny that if I had received it for free, I might have been more inclined to give it a favorable rating. However, as a customer who paid $400 for this product, I can’t endorse it based solely on its performance.
In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing this item, I would advise looking into more cost-effective options with comparable cleaning capabilities. The novelty and aesthetics of this product simply do not justify the high price.
