I love this product so much. It is so easy to use and has cleaned up all our stainy messes. I have indoor dogs and so I use it a lot for messes they make – especially accidents for our 2 puppies, but I’ve also used it for spills, and to clean my cloth car seats! I’ve even got stains out of my old ottoman! at first I wasn’t sure if it had enough suction power, but with the clear cleaning nozzles you can watch the water and gunk being sucked up with good power! cleaning the machine is also crazy easy. all you do is empty the water tanks, clean out the dirty water tank, and detach the hose to run water through it! I also love how portable the machine is because of it’s smaller size. definitely happy with my buy.

Update 3/17/24: I reached out to the company about the broken hose and they will be sending me a replacement hose. I have to admit I was impressed with their quick response time. The machine itself is awesome and does a decent job. I like the fact that it heats up, which makes for better cleaning. Suction power is great and it is very easy to clean. I bought the TAB Carpet Cleaner specifically to clean outdoor patio furniture cushions and it does a good job.
I have used the Tab machine 3 times and the hose broke! This appears to be a design flaw because the hose is not very flexible and bends right where the wand connects when storing the unit. So disappointing! Totally useless now! I want a refund!

Love this thing. The water does indeed get super hot, though you should know that after you plug it in, and get everything set up properly, you will have to hold down the button on the handle for a few seconds where the water will be cold (likely stored up in the tubing), before you get the really hot water. I thought initially that mine wasn’t warming up at all, but turns out it was just a function of running the water out of the handle a little bit.
This has been a lifesaver for stain removing in carpets. Dog potty stains, coffee, etc…we’ve used this a whole lot to the point where our mother-in-law who dog sits for us wanted one.
I wish there was a caddy for the attachment, but it’s a small complaint relative to the value and benefit of this product. Hopefully future iterations would have a place to store the “self-cleaning” head. I’m not even sure I know where we put ours- would have been nice if it could have been stored on the body.
Again, though- we believe in this product enough to buy two. Highly recommend this for pet-owners!

I will start with I have small dogs and over the past years have had 3 Bissel spot cleaners one little green and 2 spot clean pros, the first pump stopped working after the warranty and the other 2 both had the hose break at the wand with no replacement parts available. I just tried this unit out on a couple of dirty spots and with the heated water it did clean nicely and the dirty water that I dumped was pretty dark with dirt compared to the other machines,but the one thing I noticed right away was the unit is not as loud as the other machines and I feel the suction is not quite as strong even in turbo mode. I like the way the unit is built and with the smaller attachments the suction is better from the wide tool. I will update in a few months but time will tell.
Update, for some reason now I went to use item and water was leaking out of the clean water tank, found it was now cracked but was not when I received it so I tried to contact manufacturer either by their website and chat and nothing from them in a weeks time and stated in both that I just wanted to purchase the new tank. Do not buy from this company for any reason only for lack of any service. Item worked good enough but if simple things happen and you need parts forget it they are not there for you. The thin plastic tanks are sub par and all I did was use it a handful of time and really did not mind at fist about the tank until no service…..look for another brand.
