So I have 3 dogs and 2 kids so my floors get pretty dirty. The directions are pretty simple. You could say it’s about a three-step procedural thing. You put it together. You put water in the tank you plug it in and turned it on. So I’m sorry. Four steps but I’ve let it set up in the corner for 5 minutes steaming up to get hot and barely any dirt. I have managed to get up off my floor and when I use my spin mop I usually have to mop my floor like three times before. I feel it’s pretty clean save your money. The $15 off coupon is not worth it

I absolutely love this steamer! I did my whole house no time. I had just mopped the day before, thinking my floors were clean, but WOW the steamer pad was dirty, and as a Southern bare foot girl, my floors feel wonderful! Even better—-my sliding glass doors!! I’ll never use paper towels & glass cleaner again! There’s just no getting all the streaks or dust from cloths or paper towels. This steamer in just a couple minutes had my glass doors gleaming, not a streak, they look polished! Well spent $$$.

First off the bat, the item arrived within hours after I ordered it. It was a very small box and I didn’t think it was going to be sufficient a small thing be so powerful. I opened the box up It was very lightweight material. I felt like it was made very cheaply with plastics that were flimsy, I put it together but I am concerned that it’s not going to last very long. I only paid $59 for it. I’m used to H2O and Bissell . My H20 I didn’t use a lot and it dry Rotted. I debating on this cheap one.
Update, I sent this back for refund. I bought a Bissell instead. I just decided it wasn’t a good investment.

Besides two shark-brand steamers, this is the second brand I’ve ever purchased. I selected it based on its functionality as a hand held steamer as well as a floor surface steamer.
The first use to clean floors worked seamlessly. The cord is a little short, but access to outlets allows me to reach all areas of a large room by changing outlet locations. I will not discriminate by cord size alone. The device heats up rather quickly, unlike my original shark, but there is more overspray. That is more of an issue when using it as a hand held steamer. **PSA: Protection is never overrated.
The parts to connect are basic, and seem to work but where the plastic connects, a piece chipped off after two accessory changes.
Based on the price, I didn’t expect supreme quality, but also surprised how the product’s life is degrading so quickly. I did purchase the 3 year warranty for that issue. I am not a paid spokesperson for Amazon offered warranties, but to date, I have yet hired a litigator to manage warranty complaints or question the integrity or compliance of the warranty product.
It’s worth a try, hopefully my product was the runt of the production litter; perhaps manufactured by a lovely retiree, having a bad day, and maybe and insulin anomaly. These things happen. I hope all manufacturers are of good physical and mental health.
Special consideration: My floors are super clean, and I appreciate being able to freshen up my furniture after my fur babies leave their love behind.
