This is my first Steam Mop/Cleaner. I was influenced from Tiktok but wanted to find an affordable one to try out. I am very pleased with my experience so far!
Pros:
Affordable, many attachments, easy to use, heats quickly, pads and microfiber cloth can be washed a reused
Cons:
The carpet glider attachment falls off easy
Wish it came with a way to store all the attachments (bag or box)
Important note! If you watch people clean with steamers on Tiktok, they are usually purchasing a pressurized steamer. This does not have intense pressure! It still cleans very well, just needs a little more elbow grease.

I love this steamer’s versatility, it does tile, carpet as an upright. Take long the handle off and you can (depending on which attachment you put on, steam clothes, curtains while, they’re hanging, clean glass tables and mirrors, as well as baseboards and baseboard heating

I have wood flooring and use Swiffer sweeper for every day cleaning but I feel I get a build up on the floor. I use the steam cleaner to break thru that and remove the buildup. I use the hand held steam on my furniture to spruce it up. The one complaint I have is keeping the pad on the floor steamer. No matter what I do, I clamp it down tight but it continues to unclamp,so I just don’t use the clamp part and it works fine with out it. I haven’t tried the steam part on cleaning the shower track in the shower yet but I have faith it will work wonders on it.

My last steam cleaner took a crap so after researching, and researching some more, I settled on this one. It is not really settling however, since this is a great machine.
Ready to go once you connect the parts and fill it.
Love the fact it comes with a funnel: accurate pouring and no more spilling water all over the place while filling!
Has a relatively large tank, and since it says in the included guide that it’ll run continuous steam for about 15 minutes, I tested that and yeah, it’s pretty exact, depending on how high you have the dial. It’s been my experience though, that less is more with steam since the point is to dry quickly.
It gets plenty hot enough, so I am sure it is sanitizing the surface as well as cleaning it.
The handle DOES extend to allow for taller people to use this comfortably. I am not a tall person, 5’3″ to be precise, so one click up is basically all I need.
Comes with two (2) washable mop heads (hooray!) that affix with Velcro strips that are nice and strong and do not lose holding power with the extended use of the steam.
Absolutely love the carpet glider, which is the main reason I purchased this product. I have carpet runners and otherwise all hard wood floors, and it works amazingly well with the rugs. Attach the glider and there ya go. Only complaint I have about the glider, is this: it becomes separated from the base quite often, mainly in the back, so I have to readjust and reattach, which becomes a slight irritation. It’s as if the clips for the back are too short.
My other complaint is that I DID NOT GET THE GARMENT STEAMER ATTACHMENT! I received the garment steamer attachment COVER but no tool. Therefore I cannot steam my nice dressy shirts and now I have to break out my ironing board and iron and get the wrinkles out the old fashioned way.
The only smell I have noticed is the smell of the item being steamed as it’s being cleaned: the floors. I have 2 large dogs and the steam generated a slight doggy smell as it cleaned the floors and carpets, but it dissipates quickly so no big deal there.
My stairs: yeah, the smell of them is lingering. However, people lived in my house before I moved in and also had a dog. And they weren’t the most, how should I say it, sophisticated people on the planet. Henceforth another reason I wanted the steamer! Nothing a little disinfecting spray won’t take care of though.
It is very simply to assemble, fill and use. The cord is nice and long and I seriously only had to switch outlets once, and that includes going upstairs and throughout the entire downstairs, and I have some large rooms.
I have not, and will not, used detergent, but that is what the press button is for. I also refuse to buy special water, so if my unit gets clogged, I have no one but myself to blame, and I’ll soak the nozzle portion in CLR or something.
All in all, YES I recommend this product. Just make sure you get ALL the attachments!!!

I bought this steam mop to tackle stubborn dirt stuck in between my tiles and grout in my bathroom. I tried most cleaners and scrubbers and this steam mop did the trick in seconds. I also used it on my carpets and hard wood floors. I was amazed at the amount of dirt/dust that was picked up between using a swiffer wet and this steam mop! It’s simple to use and doesn’t take up space when storing. Buy this, I promise you that you won’t be disappointed.

all of which were nothing special & never lasted more than a year.
THIS is by far the absolute best steam cleaner I’ve ever owned. It’s easy to use & with all the attachments I have been able to clean spots on floors that the other steam cleaners couldn’t. I am obsessed with it. It gets everything. Hard to reach corners, windows, grout & more
The ONLY thing I don’t like is the pads are so thin they are saturated with water after 15 minutes of use. Maybe I have the temperature too high? The only other negative is all the attachments are supposed to be carried in a burlap bag which doesn’t actually fit all the attachments. But other than that I’m seriously considering buying a second one just for myself

Today was a good day. And I used the steam and go. That being said, got on youtube and tried to find more information about it. It was difficult to know if you put water/detergent in the tank and the same in the floor attachment? The one thing about the floor attachment it come off one time while using it. With that being said I did really enjoy how it clean my bathroom vinyl flooring and my tile flooring in kitchen. Now I to the other attachment. Going to try in use it on my car seat and wondering if I can use it on my car windows?

I read the reviews before ordering but it was half off so i took a chance. I used it a couple of times and could tell that the quality isn’t there for it to last long. Where the handle connects to the body is very cheap plastic and wiggles. I tightened all of the screws but it was still flimsy and would likely break with any regular use.
The steam output was good and heated up fast but i didn’t want to chance not having a handle so I returned it.
