I had this originally for years and wonderful hand vacuum . When it would not charge I did several things to prolong it’s
life. New battery pack new charger. Ended up ordering one like it. Soon as I got it would not charge so returned and got another one this one did the same thing. Since I had it longer than 90:day thru no fault of mine I called Sharp and today they said my hand vac was discontinues so they are sending me a replacement I only had to pay shipping and am to dispose of the other hand vac that does not work. So I am happy but my advise to you is do not sell any more of this item. Don’t know where they came from but not worth a thing.

I have a dog so this gets the hair off things my vacuum can’t. Works well. Actually on my second one. They last a long time. Old one still worked I just wanted a new one.

This is the third one of these I’ve own (over many many years). When I find I need a new one I always go to this model as it works so well. I love the attachment for rugs etc. Use at home and also in our travel trailer. Sturdy, lightweight, one finger operation, and attachments. What else do you need.

When I received this unit, the battery compartment was open and the battery hanging out. I was a bit disappointed as I had to get a screwdriver, push the battery in, secure the bar that goes over the battery and screw the lid on. Right out of the box. Other than that, it works fine.
