I’ve got 2 dogs, a pool, and A LOT of foot traffic on my hardwood floors! I upgraded from the Shark Floor Steamer to Scrub and Steam and I absolutely give the Scrub and Steam a million stars. Beyond easy to use, steam cleans immediately. My floors feel unbelievably clean and sanitized. I also bought scrub pads that are considered heavy duty, they work phenomenally, but do not scratch floors. I then used the soft pads with a little floor polish to renew the super high traffic areas. The only thing that would make this better is if there were a cordless, rechargeable option!

No longer will I have to break my back mopping my floors! This steamer is so great and works so very well. I’ve clean my floors with it three times and every time it gets easier because there is less dirt. Word to the wise… read the instructions! It’s super easy to use the steam button is great but only needed when you have a heavily soiled floor or spot. I don’t use it at all because the steam will come out even if you don’t press the steam button which should be PLENTY of moisture to clean your floors. I do use the lowest setting and it gets my floors spotless! Extremely light streaking when completely dry or none at all. The more you apply the steam button, the more water is used, hence the streaking issue. It turns off buy just putting it in the upright position which is great. It’s really powerful and pretty much propells itself! The steam is super hot too! It really does it’s job. I’m very pleased with it.

So it took me awhile to decide how I felt about this steam mop, but I also had to get used to tile flooring in our home.
Pros: no dirty water, no bucket. Cleans and sanitizes at the same time. Just switch the pads as you use them and throw them in the wash. You’ll know when it needs water. It really helps for those with physical limitations and does the work for you.
Though they advise not to put any other product in the reservoir, you can pre-wet the pads and spray the floor with fabuloso to get that clean smell. I also found it does help to clean the dirt better and faster.
Cons: you have to switch the pads out often (or continue “cleaning” and just push around the dirt like a normal mop). It doesn’t come with many pads so you’ll have to buy more. Cord obviously doesn’t give full mobility like it would if it were cordless. I have found plain water gives a burning type of smell that can be avoided with scented water specifically for steam mops.

Washed my floors easy to use 🥰

Our floor is looking amazing after using this steam mop.
It removed all the bulid up and the stickiness we had due to product build up
It can leave your floor dull though if wood/laminate flooring, you will need to apply polish to restore its shine
The only down side is that the water container is very small if you are doing a large space it will require multiple refills, but I understand this makes it lighter and more agile.

I absolutely love my new shark, I just wish I would have gotten it years ago. My hardwood floors
were looking so dull, and every product I tried to bring them back to life only made them worse.
We were actually thinking of having them replaced when I decided I had nothing to lose and ordered the shark steam and spin. What a difference. They are now shiny and no longer have that dull film all over.
I also used it on the tile in my bathrooms and they too are shiny again.
You can’t go wrong with this product!

This steam cleaner replaced a Shark Steam Mop that I used for about 10 years. The new one is so much better in design and function. I’ve been using it only for 3 days but have cleaned all the floors in my 1850 sq. ft. house — wood, tile, and synthetic tile: living room, kitchen, sun room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I bought extra pads with the item, but discovered that the pads are easily washed on a gentle cold machine cycle. I dried one on gentle heat and let the other air dried. Both pads came out like new. My only criticism is the instructions “booklet” that comes with the item; it makes only a passing reference to being able to wash the pads, with no advice for how to do it. I guess this helps them sell more replacement pads. This steam mop with rotating cleaning pads will get heavy use (I have 2 cats), and only time will tell about reliability. So far, I give it a top rating.

Easy to use, effective floor cleaner the really grabs the dirt! I have a lot of wood and tile floors to clean and usually resort to hand washing on hands and knees (clean nut). The Shark cleaner was easy to assemble and use. Pads showed visible evidence of how well it worked on wood, tile and slate floors. Removed hair spray stickiness from bathroom floors and hard water grime from the tile shower. Very pleased!

After using just a steam cleaner for years, I purchased this Shark mop because it has the rotating pads. I absolutely love this mop! I have 2 dogs, and I need to mop daily to keep my apartment clean and sanitized! It is very easy use and set up! It’s lightweight and just glides with minimal effort! The water reservoir is a bit small, which needs to be refilled at least twice for my apartment, but it’s well worth it! I use a spray bottle with Mistolin lavender scent to spray the tile floors just before using the steam mop and leaves them sparkling clean and smells great! I purchased extra pads as I use them often, and just wash them in the washing machine. So much better than a mop cloth that has to be rinsed frequently! I highly recommend this product.

I’ve had an older model Shark steam cleaner for several years. You had to push it and occasionally pump it, but it was sufficient for my needs. I only had the kitchen floor and bathroom. I recently moved and now everything in my home is floors (except for carpet in the bedroom) so I decided to upgrade. This model has 2 round cleaning pad that are much easier to put on and take off. It has 3 cleaning modes (I use the Deep). The pads rotate and it moves effortlessly. All I do is guide it. With the rotation feature, I feel like my floors are getting a much better cleaning. I was skeptical about the water tank because it was smaller than my other model but, surprisingly, I did my living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom (a total of approximately 600 sq ft) without having to refill. I use distilled water in the tank, as I did with my other model) because it keeps the workings from getting damaged by calcium deposits, etc. The pads come right off and go in the washing machine. Overall, this machine makes an annoying job way easier.
