It worked well for a while. When one of the rollers at the bottom of the machine broke, they would not sell me a replacement part. They said none were available, but they are still manufacturing that part, so if they are available to be put on a new machine, they should be available for sale.
When I pointed this out to the customer support person, she told me to get the part from Amazon. But Amazon never offered this replacement part. I was told to get a new machine. I will, but not from Shark. Never again from Shark.

So gmuch easier than using a mop and bucket. This easily gets into corners and edges due to the thin pads. Very easy to maneuver across floors. If you have a large room to clean I suggest changing the pads halfway through cleaning. Extra pads available on Amazon.
