This is my 3rd purchase of this steam mop in about 10 years – I could probably get a longer life span on this mop if I didn’t have such hard water.
I love the 3 level steam setting this product offers! I use middle setting for my LVP flooring, and high for the bathroom tile. I usually wet and wring out the pads before putting them on because the pads just work better when they’re damp. I’m always amazed at how much dirt this mop gets off my floors, and I’ve even used it a couple times to steam grease off my bottom kitchen cabinets with great/gross results!
I’ll continue to buy these as long as I can find them!

Have bought at least 5 of these because we use them at all our airbnb properties and at home. I love these mops! The problem I encounter is the screw top that holds the water basin always breaks and then it spills. Thoughts on manufacturing to make a better closure for this part of the product. The last one I ordered came with it broken so this must be something others experience because it appears to be a issue with the manufacturing and design.

I had purchased one of these before & it worked great for several years, but this one is junk.
Hopefully there’s a warranty?!

Put it to the test, my kitchen floor was really dirty and I put it to the big test. I vacuumed before using and it was really dirty and it did a good job. I went over it a couple of time to make sure it was clean and it did a good job I was really impressed . So far so good and we will see how long it lives. I have two boxers dogs that love to play in the mud and drool. I also have cats that like to puke on my nicely cleaned floors and rugs just after it has been cleaned. This unit will make my life a hole lot easier. No more getting on my hands and knees to scrub the floor.

I like that this mop has three different settings.
I’ve had 3 of these in the last 8 years.
NEVER PUT A CHEMICAL IN THE WATER VALVE.. it will break your mop.. I’ve done it once.

The quality or completeness of this hardware will be dependent on who returned it. Recommended by my boyfriend, his first lasted a decade. This second one had multiple pads. Mine came with only one. But damn this mop is amazing! I look for the opportunity to mop because it’s THAT good!

I will never use an old mop again. Got this on sale (which happens often) to save a few dollars and make it a good buy, it’s super easy to use. My mom with a bad knee maneuvered it easily. Not terribly heavy I’d say as expected. You don’t use cleaner just water, probably holds a couple cups, so chemical free and that’s what steams to clean the floors. Highly recommend!

So disappointed, after owing 2 previous ones which each worked great for 7 years each, this one was awful and broken. I tried 3 other replacements, all were defective. I tried another one from a big box store, same problem. It used the be a great machine but the manufacturer has ruined it. Don’t buy!!!!!
