Casifrancesa –
Pros.
Fantastic with long hair as well as plastic strips, lint and similar stringy objects that can clog other vacuums.
Works well on carpets and floors.
Stands up straight against a wall.
Great battery life.
Good solid build quality.
Looks good.
Doesn’t choke on debris nearly as easily as other models we’ve had.
Cleans cup fairly easily
Attachments are worth it
Easily and smoothly swap and re-attach attachments
Can upgrade/add an extra battery if you have a Really large area to clean.
High power mode can actually remove some types of stuck on dirt too.
Cons.
Default Suction could be better but high power mode is good.
On the heavy side.
Cup may possibly not be equal to battery life (minor)
Wish more companies can make solid products like this.

This vacuum has excellent power, picking up even more than our corded Shark vacuum. Yet, it is much quieter than our corded vacuum. Quite easy to empty. And we can vacuum continuously around the house with no cord to unplug/replug. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum a large family room and three bedrooms. I was pleased to find that, when the battery is drained, the vacuum just stops, rather than to gradually lose power and die out A spare battery, although not included, can be purchased, and we find it useful.
Before purchasing the unit I asked a question about the energy stored (mAh) and got several puzzling answers. Now that I have the unit, I can answer my own question, which might be helpful to others. The mAh (milliAmpere hours) of a battery is a rating of how much energy is stored with a full charge. It is usually marked on any rechargeable battery because it indirectly determines how long a full charge will last. The battery included with the Shark IZ363HT is marked as 2350 mAh. This number is important if you want to buy a spare battery. You should look for one that is rated about the same mAh, if you want to get the same run time as the included battery. By the way, if you are thinking of boosting the run time with a battery that has a much higher mAh rating, you should probably make sure that you do not run the vacuum continuously longer than the time provided by the original battery. Other components of the vacuum may wear out sooner if the vacuum is not allowed to cool down at appropriate times. Dyson vacuums actually have a warning to this effect, but I did not find this warning on the Shark.

This vacuum is really amazing! It made my daily cleaning so much easier. It is light weight and it comes with several attachments to clean areas around the house. I also like how the floor vacuum attachment has an easy maneuver wheels and the light comes in handy for cleaning corners and under the furnitures. For the price it is worth buying if your looking for an everyday vacuum cleaner.

The only bad point, from a customer point of view. The charger, did not come with an Australian power point connection. Had to go to Coles am buy a travel power point connection.

El producto anunciado no viene completo, viene sólo con los aditamentos que vienen en la imagen. Si haces paces con eso entonces ésta aspiradora es para ti, es funcional y hacer su trabajo.

I didn’t give it 5 stars only because the charge doesn’t hold for more than 25 minutes. But it still works PERFECTLY! The “boost” trigger is great for picking up the things the regular mode won’t. I have a pet pig. Their hair is bristly and has barbs at the ends. I’ve never had a vacuum that could get all of the hair off off carpet and hardwood floors. This vacuum does! I also have mobility issues. I am able to push and maneuver this vacuum easily! A very powerful but easy to push vacuum and very flexible in getting around hard to reach places
Well worth the money!

Great vacuum! Tons of battery life, easy to use, not super lightweight but it’s not heavy enough to bother me.

I have been a “vacuum connoisseur” since I was a teenager – my Mom kept a clean house and I inherited her enjoyment of a clean house. Vacuuming is my favorite house chore – it actually relaxes me, so I always enjoy having a great vacuum that is easy to use. Right now, we have four doggos – Husky/GSD/Malamute mix, Husky/GSD/Dingo mix, GSD/Cattledog mix, and a purebred Carolina Dog (American Dingo). As you can imagine – we have a LOT of fur around here. My dogs literally shed twice a year – six months in the spring and six months in the fall. 🙂 I vacuum the entire house at least once a day and sometimes twice. I’ve had several cordless vacs – two from Dyson, one from Bissell, and two from Shark. The Dysons were dismal at picking up fur, and the Bissell was worse. And don’t even get me started on the robot vacuums – we have had four (Roombas, Bobi, and Eufy) – completely ineffective and a waste of money.
I got my first Shark Rocket Pet Pro vacuum in 2017, and I can’t say enough about it! I have vacuumed up tons of fur with it, and it has always had great suction, great power, and it’s easy to keep it clean. I just replace the filters on it every month or two, and that’s all the maintenance it needs. That poor vacuum died last week (through no fault of its own). I spent three days researching cordless vacuums, and kept coming back to the Shark Rocket Pet Pro. I bought a second to replace the first, and am still in love with this vacuum. Bonus: The new one that I bought has the upgraded handle with the hook for the motor, so it can stand on its own and be easily stored.
The ONLY issue I have with this vacuum (and it’s not a huge problem): The self-cleaning brushroll is AMAZING! But – I have to stop once in a while and pull a ball of white Husky fur out of the floor attachment – the hole behind the brushroll that takes the debris up the long rod to the dustcup gets clogged (I tried to show a picture of it). When this gets blocked, the vacuum won’t pick anything up. Again, not a deal breaker, especially with the self-cleaning brushroll, but it is the one less-than-perfect aspect of this unit. And I’m probably the only one in the world with this issue, because I have my beautiful fur-factory doggos running around here. 🙂
Overall, I adore this cordless vac and will recommend it to everyone!
