The vacuum roller head, a deeply proprietary part that is used during 99% of vacuum operation, broke during very standard maintenance. The clip that secures the “trap door” to the head (keeping the rollers secure and usable) broke while replacing the door, there were no undue forces applied. I contacted their warranty department, to utilize that 5 year warranty they love to preach about, and found out that that *only* covers the main body of the vacuum, not the “accessories.” Seems like an insanely generous definition of accessory on their part. I had to purchase a $90 replacement part, plus tax and shipping, to be able to continue using this sub-$200 vacuum. To keep honest, they did offer 50% off, plus tax and shipping still, after I complained to the representative about the company’s dishonest and shady practices. Frankly, that is little consolation and I’m not going to buy their products again in the future.
The product arrive by the third business day, exactly as described. The vacuum itself is light, powerful, maneuverable, and a cute little package overall. Having used it a couple weeks so far, I have no complaints. All the lift away features are awesome and easy to use. Totally recommend this product, especially for the price.

I received a broken used shark vacuum. Hose broke full of dirt. I can’t believe this crap.

All of the spring fed latches or spring fed buttons have stopped working. The ” lift away” button will not hold the beater bar head to the main attachment. The beater head cover will not stay latched. This vacuum is less then a year old and is not anything like the Shark Professional Vacuum. It needs to be replaced!
