Loved this vacuum when I first got it now it doesn’t hold the charge longer than a couple of minutes. Anyone else have this problem

Charger plug. Sweeper is junk. Quit worki g within a month. Spent $100.00 for nothing. Seller is telling me we are investigating. What’s to investigate? Now I have no sweeper. Have never been so agitated with Amazon. I have purchase at least 5 Shark sweepers in the past not to mention 3 vacuums.

Was my favorite vacuum…so light weight and suction was very good…but not long having purchased it the arm snapped off at the attached area on the vacuum sweeper itself….my husband tried to glue it to repair it but didn’t work and voided our warranty…offered new replacement at $45…not sure what to do yet
