   I’ve been waiting to do this review until I had used the Samsung Bespoke Jet for a few months. it is the best stick vacuum I’ve ever used. Very strong but adjustable suction power. The small brush head is only 9.8 inches wide, maneuvers smoothly in any direction, and goes instantly from carpet to hard surfaces. The Clean Station is so great – no need to breathe dust from emptying a dust cup into a trash can. The Clean Station vacuums the contents of your vacuum into a tidy bag that holds a lot and is easy and clean to remove and toss in the trash. The pipe length is easily adjustable. It is quiet. At 6.0 pounds, it’s so easy for me to use. Just get this!

   I love this little guy for quick clean-ups. Easy to maneuver. Battery gets consumed more quickly when higher suction levels are used but I assume that is the case with all cordless. As long as you’re only considering smaller clean-ups then back in the charger, this boulder be an issue.

   I love the design and feel of the vacuum and its confident compact holder, but I can’t use the vacuum because it didn’t come with an accessory cradle that permits you to charge the battery. Why a company like Samsung wouldn’t provide something as basic as a charger for its product’s battery is beyond me… so, if you buy this product, make sure to also buy the charging accessory separately or ensure it’s included, as otherwise you won’t be able to use the Bespoke vacuum straight out of the box.

   UPDATE: After multiple attempts at contacting Samsung support and parts department directly, I was unable to obtain or purchase an accessory cradle from them or anywhere else (found one on eBay in Australia for $200, but that’s absurd for a battery charger), so had to return device back to Amazon since battery is unable to be charged.

   great stick vacuum. we will see how long it lasts. CR served me well on its listings. that publication even though pretty good, sometimes they recommend some product that I myself had downright bad luck with. they were right on with this vacuum, good vac. it looks like this vacuum is well built for a stick vac. so far so good. we will find out, for how long, but it seems like it will last a long time. need to keep in maintained as needed. FYI: parts seem to be available for most needed repairs if need,

   Never thought I would fall in love with a vacuum – but here we are!
   I’ve spent more of my life vacuuming than I care to think about and have owned Hoover, Bissel, Sharp, Dyson, and Electrolux – upright, canister and stick BUT this has them all beat.
   Do I love that it is lightweight? Do I love that it moves from rug to floor and back again with ease and fits under sofas and furniture? Do I love that it empties into a central canister where it also charges? Yes, Yes, YES! Add all that to quiet powerful suction, long runtime and a countdown timer that lets you see how many minutes you have left on the charge and it’s near perfect. Did I mention that it also looks good? Well played Samsung, well played.

   I’ve been researching stick vacuums for a while now. I was mostly focusing on the Dyson models, but couldn’t find one that met my needs. They were either not powerful enough or too expensive. Plus you need to change heads on all the Dyson’s depending on if you’re vacuuming hardwood or carpet. Then I came across the bespoke jet and it met all my needs on paper.

   I’ve been using it for a few days now and I can easily say I love it! It’s not as powerful as my corded Shark vacuum, but it’s so much more convenient. It does a great job on both my hardwood floors and my carpets. It’s light, it’s much quieter than my corded vac, and it’s super convenient to easily be able to vacuum around the house without constantly having to find outlets to plug into. On the mid setting, which is mostly what I’ve been using, the battery lasts about 20-25 minutes. It would be nice if it lasted a bit longer, but I can usually get through all my vacuuming before it dies.

   The stick itself extends to make the vacuum longer, which is a really useful feature. It can easily be removed so you can use the vacuum as a handheld, and you can vacuum both hardwood and carpet with one head. No need to change heads.

   And of course, the absolute best part about this vacuum is the stand w/ the auto empty feature. When I’m done vacuuming I just pop it on the stand, push a button and my canister is cleaned out. I never need to manually empty it, which always gets dust everywhere on other vacuums. The setup with stand looks great too. I’ll eventually need to change out the bag that collects the dust in the stand, but it comes with a few extra, so I’ll be set for a while.

   We’ll have to wait and see how the vacuum holds up over time, but as of now I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I’m going to end my review here so I can go vacuum some more.

   I absolutely love this vacuum. It works better on my tile than even my Rainbow vacuum. It removes the dog hair from my carpets very well. The best feature is that I don’t have to reach in and empty it with my hands. Even though it is somewhat pricey, it was well worth the money.
