This thing barely works. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. It basically is only good for rooms that have hard floors or carpeting that’s light colored. DOES NOT WORK ON BLACK CARPETING! It isn’t a smart vacuum so it doesn’t map anything out, because if that it uses sensors. Those sensors get easily messed with if things are too shiny or too dark. Over all not worth the money

This thing is friggin awesome!!! Super straight forwards, easy to clean, easy to pick up, easy to empty, the remote control comes in SOOO clutch, it does a better job of sweeping than I do, it also does a better job at mopping than I, it can go under my couch, and gets in the tiny corners and cracks that I can’t.
Cons: I have little rubber merger lips on my floor between my tile kitchen (and tile entryway) and linoleum living room. Sometime the robot gets stuck on it and will beep for a bit, then just power down (not a very big deal to me bc I move it and it’s fine).
I did notice a slight squeak recently, but I just moved the wheels around and cleaned them out and it went away.
Last con is that the fabric mop pad that attaches to the (detachable)plastic holding will sometimes come off and if that happens it ruins the fabric pad/will tear the attachment holes on the pad. It also MUST be wet in order to mop.
Really proud of this purchase and will/do recommend to anyone.

This little vacuum worked well for about a month and then completely stopped working. It won’t charge even though it has been on the dock for days. It’s programmed to start, and will pull away from the dock, but cuts off two inches out. It also tends to get stuck on just about everything. I could deal with the searching for it when it disappeared and started beeping, but now it’s a big waste of money. I’m very disappointed because it really was good at picking up the day to day small stuff on the floor. I wouldn’t waste your money on this one even though the price is attractive.

LOVE this model! It is sooo much more quiet than
my Roomba! I purchased it as a gift for my mother. She was very skeptical but is also totally pleased with ease of use, superior quality, quick charging, & mapping. It was a fabulous value! I haven’t tried the remote control, but I bet it’s just as good!!

Cleans dog hair like a beast. The mop function is kinda useless but it helps get dust and dirt off of the floor. The quality is great for what I paid, it’s not as fancy or smart as the more expensive brand name ones but it works great! It gets stuck pretty frequently on the couch. The app is great. You can schedule cleanings, it’s not loud. I’m impressed with how well it vacuums!

Don’t let it die all the way, otherwise it won’t charge. It’s got issues recognizing when it’s connected to the charging port. The mop feature isn’t great so I don’t use it. My cats spread litter everywhere so it does what I need for the most part for vacuuming when I can’t get to it. Gets stuck a lot though which is annoying. It’s okay for the price.

It does not mop very well. It does get stuck often but the remote really helps with redirecting it. Overall though it’s a nice addition to keeping the house clean.
