I bought this machine because I wanted to try a vacuum with the mopping feature. I looked over many machines and I found this one on sale with decent reviews, but most people bought for vacuum feature. I live on a farm/ranch and it is calving season. We have a border collie and rat terrier dog that come in the house and some cats. I don’t have time for consistent mopping so I was hoping this would do the trick. When I got the machine I had not mopped in probably at least a week. There were some coffee splatters, dog tracks and lots of other spots on floor. After running machine a couple of times it took off some of the spots but not all of them. I decided to keep trying it anyway. It has been a decent mop. I use it every day or every other day in my kitchen. The battery only lasts about 1 1/2 hours which is the time it seems to need to do a decent job in just my kitchen. After owning this for a couple of weeks and sticking to this routine I noticed today that some spots do not look real clean. These are the spots that the dog always lays and my husband always sits with his shoes on when he is on break. This was kinda disapointing, but I do realize that my linoleum isn’t smooth it has texture to it and the dirt is down in these spots. I am hoping if I have time to do a deep clean and put a new coat of finish on my floor that it will keep it out of the cracks for awhile. Since this machine has no rotating scrubbing brushes(which I couldn’t find any with decent reviews that do) it is expected that it would only keep the smooth surface clean. Overall I believe if I had to go back and decide if I would purchase this again I probably would, it keeps up on the daily cleaning and my kitchen floor is cleaner than it ever is at this time of year, but if you want something that does a deep scrub this machine is not what you want. It seems to have good suction for the vacuum part I wish it had a better pattern to clean besides basically random that misses spots and edge cleaner. I have not had time to mess with the manual mode I may as well mop myself if i have to drive the thing.

Wow! I’m shocked at how good it works at mopping! The pad is not very thick and I had my reservations about it. But I’m pleased. I put the pad on the plastic clip and attached to the bottom of the machine. The water reservoir is small, but last a long time. I had the machine mopping while I did the rest of my house work. I let it run 2 hours and filled the reservoir twice and cleaned the pad off at about 5 times. So easy to clean the pad. Just unclip it from the bottom, clean it underneath the faucet, clip it right back on. Be sure to pre wet the pad before using. I added some floor cleaner with bleach to the water and it worked great. When you’re finished mopping, be sure to clean the water reservoir, vac cup and white filter. Let air dry. The remote is a nice bonus. Batteries included. You will need the remote to use all the different settings. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

So this little guy is a great extra helper, I am amazed by how much it picks up. It is definitely not the smartest robot, it does get itself into trouble haha but it’s easy to just pick it up and set it back on course. I love to just let it do its thing while I work on other chores. If you run it daily your floor will look great. We have two dogs who love going to the park, so there’s quite a bit of fur/dirt to pick up on a daily basis. I feel like it is good value for the money

This robot vacuum seemed ideal. I have a small house. The limitations of the machine were not an issue as I planned to run it while I was home to rescue it from getting struck or hung up on a chair leg.
The unit worked great at first. Since it is small the dust bin needed to be emptied frequently. What isn’t advertised is you’ll need to have several filters on hand to rotate in because it won’t have any suction with a dusty filter.
The mop pad is great for a few weeks but eventually the Velcro that attaches the pad to the machine gets dirty and looses its ability to hang on to the pad. (As in, halfway around the room and the pad gets left behind, alllowing the water to dribble out. )
Then, it stopped charging. No obvious problem. Just quit. I bought another charging base. While waiting for that the adapter cord broke in half. No idea how. I tried to purchase another one but they are out of stock with no plan when it will be available.
My first 2 attempt to reach customer service went well but after needing the adapter to make it work, I’ve had no response. I asked to return it, again no response.
In conclusion, I do not recommend throwing away a couple hundred dollars on this product.

Value is amazing, for it’s performance vs price it does a damn good job. But my Lord, it’s AI seems to be drunker than a ant swimming in a barrel of fermenting grapes. It just gets stuck on everything, everywhere. Sometimes even when it is not near anything it gets stuck just to remind me to give it attention. I am getting my 1st exercise in years because when I run it I am up off the chair looking for where it is chirping and what it is aggravated about. Still 4 starts because it does the job quite well when it is not on one of it’s union required work breaks and it is quite the value cost wise.
