After owning this upscale vacume for several years, it suddenly died on me one day. I had already duct taped several parts of the old cord that had been run over and exposed so I felt pretty confident that the cord had finally given out. I watched an online video with step by step directions on how to replace the cord and it looked easy enough. I found this cord at a fantastic price here and they delivered quickly! It is identical to the original and the wiring, which you can’t really see that well in the photo, is exactly the same. I simply followed the instructions of the online video and turned on the vacume. PERFECT again!! Thank you!! You saved me a ton of repair money OR even the money on a new vacume. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works great and looks like the original part. It took a little work to get all the screws in and not as easy as the YouTube’s demonstration.

My Windsor vac stopped working. Looked online for possible problems. The first video I saw said could be the cord, which was pretty twisted since I’ve had the vac for over 20 years, and never had a problem. I ordered the new cord, and after installation, the vac started right up. So happy!

This product was a life saver. I am contracted to clean a small office and when the locations Windsor Sensor XP12 gave out. They didn’t replace it but bought a refurbished vacuum from Walmart. That thing gave out after 3 months.
Well i decided to take into my own hands to have this hefty and useful piece of equipment work. I used this replacement cord as a start and IT WORKED! Even I replaced it myself! Worth it.
