I received this Rainbow vacuum super clean. I have used it several times already and is working great. I’m not new to Rainbow Vacuums. I owned one before moving to the states for ten years. So I’m very familiar with how it works, sounds, and true original accessories. The seller answered all my questions and much more.

Best vacuum I’ve ever used. It eliminates the need to dust my furniture two or three times a week because all the dust is trapped in the water. The carpet attachment works like a dream on our rugs. I seriously can’t recommend this product enough.

The Rainbow we received was in good condition. It was missing a couple of pieces that were pictured in the description. I inquired about those but they were not sent. As an air purifier, it did a good job and made the room smell nice. As a vacuum, it wasn’t nearly as good as I expected. I have had a Rainbow previously and loved it. This one just didn’t have the suction or cleaning power that I expected. So, I returned it. Only after the refund was issued did I learn about a $120 “restocking fee”. That is over 15% of the purchase price which I find unacceptable. I am hoping ABC Vacuums will correct this. I will be happy to adjust my review accordingly.

I was so happy i bought it after many other vacuums i tryed wish i had done this sooner even the current one i had the shark rocket vac did not pick up what this vac does the water in the bowl was discusting black i vacuum just about every day i even noticed that the air in the room was fresher .I had one of these back in the day but my ex and i couldnt afford the payments per month so we had to give back. I will say that this worth the money spent it not only a vacuum its a an airpurifier on low speed it will clean the air its great for someone who sufferes from alllergys for a canister vacuum it does a lot. Its a lot of money new at $2,000.00 but its money well spent i opted for the reconditioned e-2-2 speed rainbow at $789.00 its still a good value and having a five year warranty you cant beat that dyson doesn’t give you that so i’m sold on this rainbow the seller was nice enough to make sure it was delivered to my house on time .One thing just make sure you clean the water bowl with dish soap so it doesn’t devolop a smell and wipe the inside the bowl compartment to keep it clean and make sure its dry so it doesn’t get funky smell so my hats off to the seller for great service and a great product thats my professional review…

When I purchased this machine, it came in a box that was damaged. The bowl came broken into tiny pieces, there was no scents included and the hoses, filter and brushes came crusted with dirt and hair. I had to reorder another bowl and am waiting for it to arrive, if it weren’t for my neighbor who has the same machine, I would not have been able to use it. I contacted the vendor on at least 3 times, and have yet to hear from them. They also indicated that the machine could not be returned. Spend a few more dollars and buy a new vacuum.

I love the way it cleans. I also like to add fragrance to the water. It’s a lot to store so I made a closet just for it. When I owned a restaurant it was in use several times a day. A real tuff machine. They are expensive but I’m 77 and it’s only my second rainbow vacuum. Good investment and good
quality.

I live in NYC in a high rise the amount of dust at 1,000 feet above sea level is most amazing. I had a new housekeeper who arrive with this vaccum and the air in the apartment was so light and different after she had finished cleaning and was so different and noticable and really amazing. Its funny that I had never heard of this vaccum cleaner before. From Kirby to you name it I tried them all. After my housekeeper clean the appartment with this vacum cleanier I was so sold on it that immediatley bought one for myself it makes such a huge defference in my apartment feel as if I took a trip to the country the only things I do not like with this vaccum is that is very loud and the changing of hose one does the carpet the other for bared floor. Outside of this its really worth the noize and minor attachement not easy to used but worth the effects of lightness experience each time my housekeeper use the vaccum where no other ever did what is so unique about this vaccum cleaner this is the best experience ever and quality of air is greatly improved I highly recommend this vaccum for anyone with air or environmental allergies or COPD.

I purchased the Rainbow in 2016 and loved it. I recently moved and instead of having someone ship my Rainbow I thought it would be worth it to purchase a rebuilt one. I couldn’t recall what model I had. This version did not have the shampoo attachment, and the bowl doesn’t light up. Other than those disappointments, I am happy with the buy. Oh, it had a funny smell the first couple of uses.
