I’ve been eyeing for a steam mop but just hadn’t felt compelled to pull the trigger on some of the higher priced ones. I found this one came highly recommended and was even on sale. Tis been used thrice now and has been well worth the $60.
Easy to use, the steam sound is actually relaxing. Very lightweight. Long cord. High steam velocity. Lots of attachments included. If you’re shopping for a steam mop, look no further.

I researched the best steamers on the market and this one came in first more often than not. I also bought the 10 extra pads.
First of . . I READ THE MANUAL. To those who say the plastic surround scratched your floors, that is because the plastic surround is for use on carpets only. First off l cleaned my hardwood kitchen floors . . Excellent job, even my husband noticed. It was done in half the time and was better than a swifter and has left no streaks.
Next day l cleaned my windows (inside and out). Took half the time to get them sparkling and streak free. I also used it on the window ledges and baseboards . . Easy peasy ( I’m embarrassed by how much dirt came up.)
the cord is long enough for indoor use. For cleaning the outside windows I had to use an extension cord . . .no biggie.
There are a lot of different attachments. Most of which l probably won’t use.
When using the wand, you have to make sure the copper ball inside is emersed in the water. That is how it heats up. You will figure it out after a while.
I highly recommend this product.

If I could give it more star rating I would. Such a great stream mop. I love the constant steam and how powerful and how much steam comes out. It really gets the job done.And how fast the steam comes on when starting it. I had one before that had to warm up not this one. I love how large the water tank is, there’s no need for constant full ups. I’ve always have water left over after cleaning the hard floors. The carpet attachment is a must to have. I never thought I would need this attachment but I do. The carpet attachment works great when you have kids or pets and they spill something. The steam lifts it right off the carpet. You won’t be disappointed having this steam mop. I would definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and make your cleaning more easy.

The water tank is very small. It made a loud sound and vibration while I was working with it, which was very annoying. It doesn’t have as much power as I expected to clean the floor. Right after I used it, I found the floor to be sticky. Well, it’s definitely not my preferred choice for a steamer.

Granted, it’s the only steam cleaner I’ve ever used but it works great. I have whitish/tan kitchen floor with kinda texture design. It catches ALL the dirt and does not let it go. It’s 30 years old and it looks brand new after using the steamer mop. It’s a little hard to push around but I’m sure it wouldn’t clean as well if it were easy. Filthy mop head, right in the washer. Cord is long enough that I don’t have to reconfigure plugging it in on a different side of the room. Haven’t used the hand-held cleaner yet but I am very impressed with how well the mop cleaned the floor.

Like tge modular parts and many attachments. Make sure everything is connected properly. Steam heat can soften plastic link catch. I had to heat it again and let it cool with a clamp attached to hold it in proper position. Worked fine after that.

I love this steamer!! it works better than my expensive one I have I waited about two months to write this review just to see how well the steamer works and it’s still going strong works great it gets hot and it actually cleans and sanitizes the floor’s lots of steam 🙂 easy to use the shipping was fast and nicely packaged

I wanted a steam mop but was unsure if it would do what it said it does. I also don’t want to clean with chemicals. This mop has made it possible for me to do my chores with ease. I don’t have to use harsh chemicals. When I got this steam mop and turned it on my jaw dropped. The floor was so beautifully cleaned and I couldn’t believe how good it mopped because I’m so used to traditional mops. Then when I tried the steamer on spaces of the house that needed cleaning I was beyond excited. My bathroom floor was whiten the tiles on the wall the mirror etc. I can’t stop using it. I’m not going to start talking about the kitchen because then it will be like writing a book ( that’s how many good things I have to say about the steam mop) and I wouldn’t finish writing this review. This mop is a must in every household. I highly recommend it because it’s worth every penny it cost. I want to thank the maker of this mop for such an amazing product that makes cleaning so much easier. Thank you so much for making my chores more enjoyable, easier and pleasant. Thank you.

I was in need of a steam cleaner to give my rugs and couch a thorough cleaning. Although the package arrived late, it came with a generous assortment of attachments. The included book provides detailed explanations of each attachment’s purpose. I appreciate the lengthy cord, as it allows for easy maneuvering. The water compartment is small, but I was able to clean a good-sized area and the tank is still half full. I particularly like the convenience of being able to convert it into a handheld cleaner, as well as its ability to be folded up for compact storage. For my initial use, I opted for regular water, but I plan to acquire a special water toner for future use. I used the steam cleaner on my rugs and floor, and it performed admirably.

First of all the item was packaged beautifully with a tamper resistant tape on the box. I pulled out all of the parts. Everything was fairly easy to put together and very self-explanatory. The performance is as I expected it to be yet on the same time did not live up to my expectations For the first use. The first thing I did was my poor spout in the washing machine and didn’t get the mildew off of it. The second thing I did was my husband‘s bathtub as you can see in the video and the picture after it did do a pretty good job on that Little elbow, it has been a while to clean. Then I started to clean the door of my oven. Quite disappointed in that clean as I expected it to. I did do a piece of grout that is also in the picture so it cleaned fairly well. Definitely will probably have to do that a couple of times because that is 15 years of dirt into that grout. The water capacity holds about a bottle of drinking water. Does heat up very hot. I did burn my hands a couple of times with the steam. When you are using the unit, it heats up and goes full force then as it heats up more water, it slows down . I personally feel the fuller you keep the well the better the steam is. It came with 2 pads and they are nice. When using the unit as a mop or using it as a steam cleaner the unit it easy to remove. Now I did give it 3 stars as I did spot cleaning just to see what it would do. I have 30 days before I decide it is worth the money. I have an Orek steam mop I absolutely love but my daughter has it right now and I am not sure she will return it. If she does I may send this back and buy a separate steam cleaner unit. Also I will update this review after I have used a few more times.
