The vacuum came in quickly and with no issues in shipping. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was the materials were extremely cheap feeling. But I thought at this price point, maybe that is what it is supposed to be. Assembly was fairly easy, but once you start it up, I noticed that there was not as much suction as I would have expected, which is disappointing to say the least. I have purchased vacuums at much better prices and better machines with it. Either pricing has to come way down, or materials and durability has to come way up to make this a commercially viable option.

The vacuum arrives in flat pack box requiring some assembly before unit can be used. Both Quick start Guide and User Manual have TEXT and PICTORIAL instructions showing step by step assembly. My experience it took me between 1/2 hour and 45 minutes as I was also taking pictures for this Review. A Phillips head screwdriver ( NOT INCLUDED ) is required to secure HANDLE after inserting into slot. On the evaluation unit the handle DID NOT FIT EASILY into slot. To achieve the correct position to insert securing screw required my having to hit the top of handle several times to force remaining way into slot. This is the contact pin point for power and ON/OFF SWITCH. The securing screw fits one way only.
The upright section of the vacuum moves easily. In my experience on this unit by bumping against the handle it would sometimes collapse down to floor level. This is not an issue for me but merely a mention as part of Review. IN USE… the vacuum is manual push/pull movement to use. There is NO AUTOMATIC vacuum power movement. The initial use for carpet and wood floor cleaned 100% of all visible surface debris scattered for test. I like this vacuum. Recommended… Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star

When using and reviewing, I had to remember that this is marketed as a commercial vacuum, yet I ordered it for my home use.
PROS:
– Strong suction that leaves impressive carpet marks and picks up small particles on hardwood floors effectively.
– Extra-long, durable power cord that won’t easily split if run over.
– Bagged design ensures dust is well-contained.
– Brush head indicator light for clogs and normal operation.
– Comes with attachments and two bags.
– Front headlight illuminates dirt (a feature I love).
– Well-packed with clear assembly instructions.
CONS:
– Ineffective on shag carpets due to the lack of a height adjustment feature.
– Quite heavy to lift and carry, especially up and down stairs.
– Difficult to push around, even on non-shag carpets; it feels like an upper body workout to maneuver.
– Struggles with cleaning edges closely.
– Assembly is straightforward until the handle, which does not fit properly into the slot, requiring force to align with the screw hole.
– The attachment wand tends to fall out when not in use.
In summary, this vacuum appears robust, and given the price, it should be. The suction is excellent, but I’m uncertain if it’s the best choice for home use.

Ok, so this vacuum is heavy, but it cleans so well. I’ve been taking care of my mom’s dog, who sheds three dog’s worth of hair a day and I also can be a bit messy with spilling. Between the two of us, this vacuum has made all of the difference. It gets everything up and more. It gets up dirt and grime I didn’t know existed in the carpet. I’ve always vacuumed every other day, but with this vacuum cleaner, just looking at what it pulled up, I was wasting my time.

Worked amazing. However it isn’t the easiest to move around, not very smooth. Also the wheels tend to squeak.

Over the span of a year you notice the wheels become more difficult to wheel around. And eventually, the left wheel actually ended up falling out. Didn’t break but I’m guessing since we step in the pedal to use the vacuum it puts a lot of weight or impact to the bolt which isn’t very secure. Also I have come to learn that is is getting clogged more often. Could be what I’m vacuuming but shouldn’t be an issue with a vacuum this pricey. Not as satisfied with is as I was the fist few months.
