   I like this stick carpet and floor sweeper so much I have just ordered a second one. I know they are not built to last forever. My first one lasted about two years or so. Not bad for just over $100. It picks up well and is easy to empty and very light to use.

   I love this rechargeable sweeper. Puchased August 26, 2024 and October 6th , 2024 it is a problem. Bought it mainly for the kitchen, as I was tired of always running for the dust pan and brush. It light weight and easy to handle and empty. Read all the instruction, worked fine until yesterday when the battery quickly ran down and I recharged 8 hours. Put battery back in it would not start. Went to put it away and pressed button one more time and it started. Shut it off and it would not start. I don’t see a place where I can contact the seller on the order site. I think it is a little extreme to have this problem so soon and I am 3 days out from returning to Amazon. Any help would be appreciated. I love this sweeper.

   This is the second one of these I bought. It cleans easily. You can remove the brushed and get the hair out of the axle connections. Sweeps like a boss in corners and edges. Just great.

   I ordered this as a replacement for my 20 yr old sweeper, that still works but the batteries won’t hold a charge now.

   The item came in a plastic bag within a plastic shipping bag. There were many broken pieces. I DID NOT ORDER a SECOND LIFE PRODUCT.
   They answered promptly when I asked for a return and then made it as hard as possible to do so. It’s too bad because this is a great product, poor company.

    Bought a swivel seeeper but it runs for about six minutes and dies off. I charge the battery again and the same thing happens . My old one was excellent and lasted about six years. I will ask for a new replacement and hope it works better like my old one did.

    Purchasedas a gift for a friend. Being in Australia we had to get an adapter to be able to charge it. But friend is absolutely delighted with the product. Thumbs up*****

    Esta es la segunda que compro!
    Es un poco ruidosa pero barre bien.
    Yo le hago limpieza a los rodillos ( cepillos) regularmente porque los cabellos si se llegan a enredar y pueden afectarla, que es lo que me pasó con la primera ..
    me gusta que no tienes que tocar abajo para liberar la basura.

    I have gone through 4 sweepers with my multi cat household.

    This Ontel is the best by far.

    I love having the battery ON the sweeper and I couldn’t ask for a more consistent item.
