I recently purchased this , and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with its performance and quality. The numerous attachments felt overwhelming rather than helpful; instead of speeding up my cleaning, they only slowed me down.
Additionally, I encountered a troubling issue with the grout brush. It began melting, producing a dark black liquid that left me confused about its source. I couldn’t determine if it was oil from the motor, dirt from the floor, or residue from the brush itself.
In the end, the product felt cheap and more like a toy than a reliable cleaning tool. The stress and anxiety it caused made me realize I’d rather hire a cleaner to handle the chores instead. I ultimately decided to return the mop, as it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

This deserves more than 5 stars… I use this daily. Not only on my floors but on my windows, couch, bathroom, kitchen! The detachable handle and soo many attachments make cleaning a breeze! I’ve had this for over a year and is still holding up strong!

Been using it regularly for 8 months and no problems. I love the hot steam cleaning idea; feels cleaner this way. Also enjoying the detachable hand held for doing my birds huge cage. Yeh, alittle top heavy – need to prop it against something when it is in upright resting position. But, not heavy overall !

Love it for our engineered hardwood floors. Light, easy to use, floors dry quickly. I prefer steam to chemicals, less “stuff” to buy/store. I’m a little skeptical that it gets hot enough to truly sanitize (might not be good for engineered wood anyway) but I’m happy enough with how my floors look. It can get gunk off with a few passes (maybe more than a few😉) It doesn’t stand up but I can sit it on a countertop because the upper tank is flat on the bottom. I can pretty much do my whole downstairs kitchen/living area on one tank and the cord reaches too.

I will update this because they reached out to me and sent me a new one so I added another star. I don’t know if this one will work longer than the other BUT customer service goes a long way with me.
First thing out of the box, it doesn’t feel substantial at all. It works really good until it doesn’t. Less than a year old and it’s stopped steaming.

I got this yesterday and since then I have steamed all of my baseboards, half my doors, my bathroom, kitchen, and my bedroom. I have spent atleast 8 hours using it.
Pros – light weight, heats fast, lots of attachments, inexpensive and super easy to use due to simple design.
Cons, not safe in wood cabinets. It messed up the finish and that was super upsetting. Needs a soft spongy attachment. The bristles are too hard for some surfaces.it would be easier to clean doors and marbles with a sponge tip so I don’t have to scrub with a rag after lifting the dirt loose.

If you’re anything like me, you are easily discouraged from mopping due to the added steps (filling the mop bucket, dragging it around, dumping & cleaning it, cleaning the mop head, and leaving everything out to dry). This is the perfect solution!
Pros:
+ packaged well & very easy to put together
+ comes with a bunch of extra cleaning attachments (I probably won’t use, but maybe you will!)
+ the mopping pads are easy to clean and dry quickly
+ easy to fill up tank thanks to the little pitcher provided
+ cord is long enough to cover a large area, decreasing the amount of times needed to unplug and plug back in elsewhere
+ gets hot enough to clean floor just as well, if not better than, a traditional mop.
+ chemicals are definitely not required due to the temp the water gets to, but I like to add a vinegar solution for that added freshness.
+ one tank full can cover my entire apartment (2 bed, 2 bath all hardwood besides bedroom)
+ ease of storage. Although there isn’t an area to wrap up the cord, I can easily wrap it up in my hand and place it inside of the handle.
+ so far no leakage
+ I have yet to use it to steam my rugs, but I’m excited that it is an option
+ definitely worth its price compared to other products
