Overall, it’s a decent machine but you have to go slow with it and it’s a little bit hard to get your edges with it. If you go fast with it, it does not do a good job so you have to take your time with it.

Just what we needed to clean our 3k SF gym. Does a quick and easy job. It’s amazing what this thing picks up and pulls from the floor. Great in small spaces and large. Only complaint is the cors always seems to be in the way but then so does a vacuums.

Does an awesome job! I use it almost daily for business. Currently in shop due to a broken gear inside of drum. Otherwise the motor has never given out. Cord should be rethought and redesigned to last longer. Plastic cover for water collection tray broke off in first month of use and should be designed to withstand business use. If you’re going to clean mainly carpets like myself go ahead and remove the collection tray during use. This reduces strain on motor. Blue brushes work best on carpet even though they’re not meant for carpets. In my case I need the more aggressive brushes. I wish Powr-Flite would offer just a CRB made with metal internal gears. I plan on buying another unit as a back up.

for the price it is just too fragile to last long in commercial use. It is also heavy and awkward. handle broke after maybe 6 uses then the filter snapped in half… all the lines clogged so fast.. it is more work to clean the thing then using a mop lol.. the height adjustment is clunky and not good… its just a (under powered) motor and two brushes but they seemed to over complicate it and cheap out at the same time on every engineering choice. next time i will either buy a $400 plastic machine from cosco or one of the metal and more light weight professional CRBs. idk who this machine was made for but feels like its made as a managers (middle/theoretical) choice instead of the users choice.

Does what it is suppose too. However the cord is industrial heavy use and difficult to manipulate while cleaning. The water compartment is heavy dark black- one can’t see how much water is in it without a flashlight. Also water compartment is larger than water collection container (so keep an eye on it while using). Water collection container is a wee bit hard to put in, make sure it clicks in or water will just go back on floor. The directions for assembly were lacking but one can figure it out. I don’t know if the floors were extra dirty in the house I bought but I had to do them 6 times before I was satisfied they were clean and collection water was not filthy (house is tiled and 7 years old). Also the rod for the floor brushes kept sliding out of their slot about 3-4″, so I switch to front to back and they worked fine. Manual says nothing about that. Also no repairman in my area according to manufacturer, so I will have to ship at my expense to have any repairs done outside of warranty period. My carpet cleaner does the same as this machine but does not pick up the waste water as well.

I only bought this unit about 4 months ago and it stopped dispensing solution! I bought from Amazon. the other drawback is that it does not clean close to the object such as walls/ baseboards. It leave about a couple of inches undone. As far as cleaning goes I am not impressed either. It did not meet my expectation as far as ceramic tile cleaning goes. I recently bought a Bissell Cross Wave Premier for $240.00 from Costco that does a better job and gets to corners and under the kitchen cabinets better. I feel bad for being negative but despite the price of this unit I expected much more.
