I am using this steamer on everything I find that’s dirty. Awesome on grout. Love it has a bag to hold everything. Wish the hose itself was longer but still give it a 5 star cause it’s that awesome. Get you one!!!

I like it, like the 15 foot cord the locking on switch. One thing, that may mislead you is the red light coming on. When I first used the steamer, I let it warm up for 5 to 8 minutes, the green light came on, but after 5 to 10 seconds the red light came on, making me think, it needs to warm up again, that’s not the case, even when the red light comes on, you are still good to go! It’s a great machine, easy to use.

I have now used this several times and tried all of the different troubleshooting tips, but the performance of this unit is very very poor. I am not sure if the thermostat range is much too broad or if the heating element is not near powerful enough a combination of the two or something else. Even if you let it heat up the water for 10 minutes I don’t think it gets any hotter once it goes from red to green.
Once it is green, it gives a very powerful and hot blast of steam but only for one or two seconds and then diminishes very quickly after that, unfortunately you cannot just stop after that initial one or two seconds and let it heat up again, because the light is still green. So you have to keep the trigger pulled For about 10 seconds before, it has diminished enough for the thermostat to trip the heating element and the red light and start heating the water again. Unfortunately, by that point the steam is so weak that you can hold your hand only a few inches in front of it and not be burned.. Once it begins heating again then you have to wait about 30 seconds or so for it to heat back up. So, in the end, you only get about one to two seconds of actual good steam cleaning power per 40 seconds of wait time, And in the meantime, you are wasting the majority of your distilled water just trying to get the heating element to kick back on again. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this unit.

Ok I got this to clean those hard to clean spots in a vehicle where you would need a toothbrush to get in grooves to clean. This unit worked perfect for that as well as bad spots in the carpet in my truck. The floor mats were grungy with dried mud and white stains from road salt. I tried washing the mats by hand. Couldn’t clean them. Used the steamer with scrubber end and they look like brand new. Awesome little machine. ONLY downfall is it needs to hold more water. 6oz of water only lasted long enough to clean one floor mat in the truck. Then you gotta let it cool to take off the pressure cap to add more water. THAT is a pain in the ass.

It was an emergency. Our deep freezer had an inch of rime ice inside and was running warm outside.There was quite a bit of food stored — too much to put in coolers or our kitchen fridge. I needed to defrost the freezer as quickly as possible. Somehow I got the idea of blasting through the ice with a hot jet of ???? I was thinking about a laser when I stumbled on the idea of a steam cleaner and found the McCulloch MC130. Please note that the manufacturer makes no claim about suitability of its steam cleaner for defrosting deep freezers. Nevertheless, it worked great. Start to finish, including unboxing the unit, removing the food, doing the job, returning the food and cleanup, it took me only 1.5 hours compared to 4 to 6 or even days. Bonus: it was fun! Now I’m looking around for something to steam clean.

Yes it steams, but frankly its nowhere near as powerful as ads for it seem to indicate. It takes a long time to cool down in order to open it to add water. Then you have to wait for it to heat up again and within minutes you’ll spend the tankwater in your effort to finish the job you started 45 minutes earlier only to fall short again. I tried to clean my propane grille, small 2 plates, barely finished one before it ran dry and that was the cleaner grille plate. The tougher plate never got clean. In the house on a banister in worked better but still didn’t finish the job on one tank.
Soles of sneakers was the biggest win. Fast and easy and really worked well. Downside of that is they get dirty as soon as you wear them outside again so sort of pointless.
My wife enjoyed doing all our toothbrushes and used it to battle a stain on a tshirt. The stain won, it lives on.
In summary, it does what it says it does but the time you’ll waste getting things done isn’t worth the results. I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend, but perhaps an annoying neighbor or 2.

Product is well made. Heats quickly. Water reservoir is a bit small, but the product does produce a steady stream of steam until empty. Nice selection of attachments which help with the cleaning. Great for spot cleaning, but not made for large jobs. I like the carry bag, which keeps all parts in one place.

I used this cleaner for my kitchen and my car. Overall I would say this is a lighter duty machine. Working better to clean my grout and stove than it did to clean the fabric in my car. The steam does not always get hot but seems to work better the longer you use it. It’s incredibly mobile and lightweight. Equipped with a long cord so you can move it almost anywhere. It doesn’t leak but does sometime spit out a lot of water at once.

I got this specifically to clean my shower which had a layer of iron from our hard water on the bottom half. I am happy to report that this steam cleaner helped get that grim off. It did take refilling the reservoir a few times, but it was a big job. I bet if I keep up with it I won’t need to refill. I also did my kitchen countertops and my microwave. I am most impressed with the microwave, it looks brand new. It also got a stain off my toilet seat that no cleaner had gotten off. Similar to the other reviews, yes the reservoir can need a refill, but the number of accessories and price make this a great product to have in your house to keep up with some cleanings.
