Works well, but first battery did not charge. Replacement battery did charge and works. Received another battery which also did not charge.
Overall had better luck with the previous model battery that I had. Also miss the brush cleaning tool on the previous (red) sweeper that I have.
Had no battery problems with that.
No complaint with company service. Replaced original battery immediately with no question. Just disappointed that another battery was dead and could not be charged. Hope this is just a bad lot and not a continuing problem.

Love it. This is my second one. Wore the other one out. It’s gets for a quick clean up. Able to use it after back surgery due to the lightness and easiness.

I have an old swivel sweeper and it still works but is slowing down a bit. I ordered the new model which I do like. The sweeper has a lot of power but sometimes too much because it kicks kitty litter to the side rather than picking it all up the first time. The sweeper does work well, it drags a bit on low pile rugs but still picks up pretty good. The battery holds a long charge (many uses,. it is easy to dump and it stores well. The sweeper has a small magnet so you can tip the base upright, unfortunately the magnet is a little weak but it still holds. I am satisfied with my purchase and the new battery is interchangeable with my old swivel sweeper if needed.

I used the battery after charging it as directed. Worked good. Then didn’t use for a week or two and battery will not work. I have other swivel sweepers and chargers. Battery will not work in any of them.

This works okay, but it was not nearly as powerful as I imagined it would be, after watching the commercial for it. I would probably not purchase it again.

Compact, convenient, quiet operation, excellent sweeper, charge lasts long, and picks up all the dust bunnies on my hardwood floors and carpets each week!
When I’m done sweeping, it is packed full of dust/particles/crumbs/Dog hairs and works better than my old Bissell manual sweeper.
This sweeper cannot be compared to a vacuum cleaner, because it has no suction, but it’s the next best thing.
The only downside is that if any object falls on the sweeper frame, it can crack the frame easily (minus one star).
Max blue is the best sweeper out of the two others I’ve had…….I still have the original black sweeper (with a small crack on the frame) and my red sweeper also cracked badly when an object fell on my frame while sweeping, rendering it useless.
They can last many years as long as the frame doesn’t get cracked severely.

Swivel Sweeper Max Blue
This Max Blue Swivel Sweeper has been performing perfectly. After more than a month, it is still running at high speed, with occasional use, on its original charge. I especially like a feature it has that my other two Swivel Sweepers do not have: the brushes are removable for easier cleaning. One end of each of the five brushes is spring loaded so it can be easily removed and replaced.
I have had mixed experiences with replacement batteries I have purchased for these sweepers. Some failed to hold a charge, others have performed very well. At present all that I am using hold their charges for a month or more, with short uses each day. One that I use most frequently works very well for picking up spilled cat litter.
My original Sweeper is ten years old now. It recently failed due to a broken wire in the swivel joint. I was able to disassemble it and repair the wire, but I got it back together only on the SIXTH attempt. By then I had discovered that the “gimble” joint which provides the swivel action has to be reassembled in a particular sequence, probably the same as is used in the factory. Now it is running like new!

Swivel sweeper max works great!! It picks up everything on carpets as well as bare floors. It gets dirt up close to wall and gets under tables and places where other sweepers will not fit. I have one that I really like. I bought a second one for my daughter. She uses it every day to sweep up dog hair. Says hers works great also. Works so much better than the regular bissel carpet sweeper. Definitely met our expectations.
