I like everything about this product except that it could use a longer cord so you don’t have to unplug and plug it from one wall receptacle to another too much.

The media could not be loaded.
Turn up the sound on video. Received it yesterday and unpacked it today. Immediately out of box, it makes a loud clicking sound. Tried contacting Hoover directly but can only get a bot. The bot sent a link to send an email but when I clicked on it, it said “page not found”. I’m having guests tomorrow so I really need it today!? Very frustrating! It still steams but is very noisy! Pretty sure it’s not supposed to sound like that!

This steam mop far surpasses any other steam mop, especially the brand that starts with B.. The water chamber has great capacity for high performance! Heat sanitation for floors!

It is not what I though that lot of steam will come to clean . It delivers very little steam. Pad could be better .
