We had this vacuum for a year and the motor now burns very quickly and the vacuum will shut itself off before I can get any real cleaning done.

While I was using a hose attachment (for a short time) the front of the base must have overheated. It melted my carpet. I Sent it right back and got my money back.

The main handle doesn’t have any snaps so it just randomly comes off during vacuuming. Who designed it?!
Also the tool handle is very very short.
The hair brush with two rubber blades doesn’t pick up any hair.
