I was worried buying this, my last scrubber cost $350, it’s bulky, and heavy. I have a puppy, we are in potty training, this round scrubbing action works well. The unit is smaller, so the water must be changed frequently, however, it doesn’t wear me out using it. I also detailed my car – worked great. This is a cleaner that I will use regularly. Easy clean up – pieces pull off for rinsing.

I had this machine for a mere 4 months and I am already faced with issues. The sprayer for the hose attachment is spraying only a small amount of water. I have no idea what happened, but I am suspecting it was the plastic pump. My old Hoover Steamvac Agility used an electric pump instead of a plastic one that runs through suction power. I am greatly disappointed at how short-lived this was. I made few attempts at fixing it myself which included checking the sprayer on the hose end, disassembling the pump in the machine, sealing the impeller with plastic bonder, lubricating the wheel with WD-40 yet nothing worked. Replacement pumps costs an outrageous 60 dollars for a piece of plastic. I like the cleaner, and I think it works good but most certainly does not last. I am still hoping that I can find a fix to this issue. The machine is not registered for warranty. If you plan on buying this, do not forget to register it!

I am in love with this shampooer!! The suction is incredible and everything is so easy to attach and take apart to clean. My favorite part besides the suction is the fact that you can EASILY clean every piece of this unlike my previous one. This is a great purchase!!!

I use this all the time! I works great and it is easy to use. It is great to have when you have pets or small children who may spill food/drink items. Very handy!

I don’t really love pulling this thing out because it is a little bulky and there are a few different parts to consider. However, we are a home with pets so this thing was a necessity. It works great
