   Bought refurbished and was not disappointed! Did its job well. I’m so glad I bought this one over other options. The tank is a decent size but still have to empty quite often if you’re cleaning a bigger space but worth it! Was easy to put together but I was missing the screws that was supposed to come with for the handle . I had extras from other projects so it was fine for me.
   Directions comes digitally since it’s refurbished and they are environment conscious which wasnt an issue. Overall recommend!

   Scrubber work great, although hard wood floor attachment(purchased separate) comes unattached easy.

   I’ve had other cleaners that don’t compare.
   This one scrubs and sprays. Nice heavy machine.

   This was the first time I had purchased a refurbished product.
   It was everything a brand new would have been. Exception….. Price was better.
   It was a gift for my son and daughter in law. I have one just like it and I love it as well everyone that borrows it.

   The media could not be loaded.

   I made this Shampoo machine for my Birthday 🎂 on the 28th of April. Wow it finally made it here. Ordered Cleaning products. It finally arrived. Excited putting it together. Spreading the pieces out. And POOPH…NO SCREWS ANYWHERE FOR THE HANDLE CONNECT. 2 SCREWS JUST MESSED UP MY EXCITEMENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY 🎂 GIFT. SO HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 SCREWS. The excitement is gone. ( UPDATE ON 7/25/24) STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO SCREWS SENT} . VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO RESPOND AT ALL.

   Did not like that my purchase never said it was a refurbished or open item. The prize was great and would probably had bought it anyway but please let the costumer know it’s not a new unit.

   Missing the top covers for the wash and rinse reservoirs. Called the seller: America’s Factory Outlet and they were apologetic and shipped out the missing caps that day. Great customer service. Manual doesn’t come with it, you need to fill out registration to get to the manuals. I used the machine without the covers and it works great. Lots of power.
