   I just did my living room carpeting. It worked as expected. My carpet looks beautiful again.. for being a “commercial machine” the only differences I see from the commercial model to the residential model is it appears the scrub brushes are longer. Which is a plus for me. It’s light weight extremely lightweight. It does seem to use a lot of water but it also seems to be picking up the same amount it puts down I just finished my living room and the side i started first is already dry it’s very easy to dismantle and clean including dumps and fills i felt like it took half the time. Only downside is it doesn’t come with a hose attachment which really doesn’t bother me as i prefer the separate machine anyways.. seems much flimsier than the older model I had before this one but the love it for sure definitely a recommended purchase. And in my opinion these Hoovers clean better than any machine I’ve ever owned. I’m on my second one so far first one I gave away because I wanted this model. First machine is 6 years old and was constantly being used…. Two dogs two cats a free roaming rabbit a bird and so much in and out traffic it’s never let me down and was used almost daily and is being used daily now at my sisters (ugh kids) . Buy it you won’t regret it…

   This product is excellent! Pulled up a tough stain in my carpet in one passed and cleaning the machine was easy. I was shocked. The service was outstanding and my carpet cleaner arrived ahead of schedule. I recommend this product and seller without hesitation!

   Too big for me to manage on stairs. However, it’s easy to put together and use. No little crappy plastic parts asking to break off. Simple to fill and empty without dribbling through the house. Worked on beige long shag, wool rug and runners besides wall to wall carpet. Easy to clean collection tank. Used Hoover Oxy 2X Stain Remover cleaning solution. Followed shampoo with plain hot water rinse per instructions. Pulls up water so carpets dry quickly. Good machine.

   It doesn’t suck very well at all. It redeposits the dirt and grime to other parts of the rug. I’ve started having to go back over the spots with my smaller handheld Bissell green machine to clean up the mess that this machine has made. Not worth the money and definitely not commercial grade. Also, leaves the rug soaking wet.

   Had an earlier model, loved it and it worked great. Hoover has certainly improved this product greatly, This is so much lighter weight, easier to take apart to clean and seems to do a great job on carpets. Very happy with is product.
