This steam mop product contains everything you need, even a glove to protect you from heat. The manual is easy to follow, and the product is easy to use. Basically, you add water in, and wait for the pressure to rise to a certain level, you can start to work. It functions very well. My carpet has dog hair, and it removed a lot of hair out of the deep bottom. The weight is OK, not that heavy that you can easily move around, but also not light and you don’t need to worry to tip over. Would recommend.
