This steamer is an absolute beast of a machine in the best way possible. I had been researching steam cleaners for several weeks prior to pulling the trigger on buying the Falcon.
We have been actively moving away from using chemicals to clean in our household and steam seemed like it would be the best way for us to accomplish that. We decided to go with this machine after reading the reviews and watching quite a few videos of it on amazon and youtube.
This was very easy to set up and use right out of the box. It comes with several nice attachments and some extension wands. I downloaded the user manual and watched a start up guide video to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It was as easy as filling with water, plugging the machine in and wait for it to heat up.
I’m sure we’ll be cleaning more items in the future with this and can report back on it but here is what we have used it to clean with so far.
The first thing we did was use the floor brush/mop to clean our kitchen floors. This thing made light work of cleaning tile floors, it cut through all the nasty junk on the floor near the oven and cook top and while it didn’t leave a scented smell like when we would mop with chemicals in the past, it did leave the kitchen smelling fresh and clean. After the floors, I cleaned the granite countertops, glass cooktop, kitchen sink and microwave. It visibly cleaned all of these areas but the best part was knowing it’s all sanitized using just steam. For the kitchen, I used the small and medium nylon brushes, the floor brush with microfiber towel and the squeegee. Most of the cleaning was done with the steam pressure on low or medium, I did use high pressure on some really dirty grout that I was able to clean up to original color.
I plan to deep clean our bathrooms with this next and don’t doubt it’ll perform just as well as it did in the kitchen.
My husband didn’t give me a full play by play but this is the info he gave me about how it w
as when he used it to clean his grill.
He used the small and medium brass brushes and used the steam pressure on medium and high mostly. He did say that the hot water burst feature was super cool to use and helped cut though some extra nasty parts on his grill.
Another one of the features we really liked was that you can just flip switches on the handle for the steam pressure on and off. It was nice that we didn’t have to squeeze a handle down the entire time we were cleaning.
A quick note to anyone new to using steam cleaners, when you first turn it on and its ready to use, you’ll have a little bit of hot water that shoots out first before the steam starts.
I hope this review helps, we are more than happy with the Falcon and will continue to use and recommend it.

This review is a bit longer but with the price tag of it, I hope it helps other shoppers that are looking. I initially purchased this just to use in my auto detailing business but found out that it worked great in my home as well.
I have used steam for a while in my auto detailing business but it was time for me to upgrade to a machine that was more powerful and had some of the additional features I was looking for. Some of the main things that I really like about the Falcon is the water tank capacity, the hose handle and the hot water burst feature.
Having 1 gallon of water capacity in the machine is great and has allowed me to only need that 1 full tank on almost all the vehicles I have used it on. The slight exception being on a massive SUV that was insanely dirty and needed a lot of hot water bursts to get out some wicked dirty spots.
The handle itself has been a life saver for me compared to previous steam cleaners that I have used as well. On the Falcon, you can turn it on and off with the flick of a switch on the handle and don’t have to pull a handle the whole time you are using it. This may sound silly but pulling on a handle the entire time your deep cleaning a car can get tiring, especially in weird positions. Being able to turn it on and off with that quick switch on the handle was a game changer for me; no more pulling on handles or triggers for me! The other feature that has been amazing is the hot water burst, and the switch to control it is also on the handle. The feature has been awesome to use on areas that have excessive amounts of caked on sediment and build up and need a little extra oomph.
After seeing how well it was working when detailing vehicles, I took it home to try out and home and was super pleased with those results as well. My wife and I do not like using a lot of cleaning chemicals in the home if we can avoid it and this has been great to help us avoid those. One thing I noticed a big difference when cleaning with the Falcon at home was my tile grout lines. The tile grout lines in my kitchen have never looked better since we built the house! We have kids and dogs so the grout was really needing a good deep cleaning and this worked perfectly for that. My wife told me that she really liked how well the squeegee attachment worked for cleaning the windows as well.
I have been extremely pleased with this purchase for my business and home use. The last thing I will mention doesn’t have anything to do with the performance but I really like the look and feel of the stainless-steel body on the machine. The body is built tough to endure the bumps and dings that naturally are going to happen as you roll the machine around, unlike some of the lower end steam cleaners I’ve seen that seem to have a plastic type body. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a solid steam cleaning machine.

I used this steamer on my shower after moving into an older home. It removed all the gross grime from the previous owners who clearly hadn’t cleaned their shower in a decade. It cleaned the filthy sinks too. After reading the other reviews about cleaning their cars, I can’t wait to use it on my car next for some next level detailing!
