El producto es aceptable, pero en mi caso particular, la función de fregar no funciona desde nueva., ya que no ha sido posible que bombee agua hacia la fregona. He intentado todo lo que sugiere el manual de usuario para intentar arreglar esta función, sin resultado alguno.
La atención del vendedor es nula y no responde a la garantía. Compré garantía extendida AIG GARANPLUS, y ellos solo responden desde que haya vencido la garantía del fabricante, la cual es nula en México.
No recomiendo ni el producto, ni al vendedor.

As a person with full-time work, two children, and also taking care of a cat and dog, keeping the house tidy has always been difficult. Pet hair, dust, and crumbs appear to accumulate more quickly than I can manage. Meet the Eureka E10s Robot Vacuum, and believe me, this machine has changed everything for me!
Initially, I felt uncertain—mainly about the bagless self-emptying station. I worried how frequently I’d need to handle the dust bin, but having a 45-day capacity is truly very helpful for me. I no longer need to worry all the time about emptying it, and it’s really nice not having to purchase those costly dust bags. I’ve already saved $70 without any trouble, which is very important for our budget.
The suction power of this vacuum is very strong. At 4000Pa, it can clean up all dust, hair, and dirt on its way. My carpets, they were looking so dull with all the fur stuck in them, now are very clean! It also works great on hardwood floors. I felt surprised at how easily it moves between different surfaces. In my kids’ playroom we have a rug, and the E10s cleans all crumbs very well without getting stuck.
What I really like a lot is the mop function. The robot knows when it is on carpet and lifts the mop by itself, so I do not need to be concerned about wet rugs. I don’t have to think twice about mopping anymore—it takes care of everything!
Setting up the app is very easy, and I like that I can arrange cleaning times when I’m at work. The LiDAR navigation makes a big difference; it carefully moves around the house without skipping any area or hitting furniture. Also, the app allows me to create restricted zones. This way, I can stop the robot from going into kids’ toy area when it is cleaning time.
Honestly, this vacuum has given me a lot of time and peace in my mind. If you are busy parent or have pets and get tired from cleaning all the time, then Eureka E10s is very worth for your money. It’s like having an extra set of hands around the house!

Bought this for our house since we took carpeting out and have LVP. It does well with all the dog hair. We have 4 heelers that shed like crazy – I call it doggy hair tumbleweed. I run it everyday and it keeps it all picked up without clogging. I tried to use it for the multi-floor use, but it just ended up being confused so we ended up buying a second for the downstairs. The first one we had the lidar went bonkers after a certain amount of runtime. We returned that one for a replacement and the new one works great. My ONLY issue with this one is that it could use better object avoidance. There are NOT a ton of instructions on how to set it up and use it, but if you’re intelligent enough you will figure it out like we did. It maps the floor well. The mop feature keeps it clean enough between moppings – for regular household dirt. Larger messes wouldn’t be cleaned up with this and it’s not made for this. It’s basically damp mopping everyday. I add a drop or two of essential oil into the water for a little scent while it cleans.

Although I already have a sweeping, mopping and vacuuming robot, I still find it annoying to clean the robot’s dust box after get off work every day.

The same sweeping, mopping and vacuuming robot, but with a large base that not only charges but also collects dust. Although I don’t know how long I can go without cleaning this base, at least every week or two can free your hands. It varies from person to person.
It is worth noting that its dust box is cleanable and recyclable. Compared to the robots with the same functions sold at Costco near me, they have dust bags that need to be replaced. That will be another expense.
Compared to the robot I have, it has two very obvious detection radars. Unlike traditional robots that deviate after encountering obstacles, it plans its route before encountering obstacles.
The mobile app is very comprehensive and easy to understand. The robot’s system will also be updated over time. The charging and dust collecting base also has two replaceable filters. This whole set of equipment gives me the feeling of a large automated vacuum rather than a robot.
The only downside is that it makes a lot of noise when collecting dust, and there is no handle on the base to make it easy to move. But I still like the wire storage behind the base, which is a nice detail.
The packaging is very thoughtful, with the robot and base packed in different boxes. There are no extra replacement parts and you need to buy them yourself.
But the discounted price is still better than the robots sold at Costco that require replacement dust bags. Recommended
