I purchased this product and used it successfully ONCE. The second time I tried to use it, it failed. There is some type of loose connection in the handle which results in the vacuum sucking intermittently, depending on which way the handle is being tilted (causing the vacuum motor to switch on and off). I had to spend $21.00 to return it for repair to the Texas location purchased it from online (VacDepot).
I did try for local repair, but the repair center that Electrolux (aka: Honeywell vacuums) customer support referred me to (in Rochester, NH) insisted that I return it to the seller since I have had it less than 30 days.
NOT a happy customer!
