This is my second corded Dyson and I would have given it 5 stars, however, the cord is nothing short of evil. It is placed too low on the vacuum and I’m constantly tripping over it. It’s really stiff and hard to manage. If Dyson would have added a cord clip up higher it would not be an issue. I have to tie a loop in the cord and hook it up high. With that being said, it seems that this Dyson has more power than my DC14 had which was 20 yrs old when it finally gave out. What a great vacuum! There us nothing better than a corded Dyson.

I have a robot vacuum., but wasn’t picking up everything. This vacuum is amazing, I couldn’t believe all the stuff I was picking up. Great suction. Highly recommended.

This is my second corded Dyson.
First one we had for 10 years until recently a long rubber string got twisted around the brush and ultimately broke it and as a result did some damage to the motor. Surprisingly the vacuum would still work but smelled and brush got destroyed.
It was time for new vacuum cleaner.
I considered other options, like cordless vacuum, but power of a rechargeable battery can’t compare to the power of corded one. We have two more cordless vacuums and they are good for quick light surface jobs.
I loved my old Dyson even though it was bulky, somewhat heavy, but no other vacuum cleaned as well as corded Dyson. So it was no brainer – Dyson again!
This model is super similar to the one we had for 10 years. But it’s even better. Slightly lighter. I love how it maneuvers and turns. Love the variety of brushes it comes with. They are perfect for any job. They work amazingly well on carpets, low and high pile rugs, and hardwood. Filter is easy to wash and no need to replace it like in our other vacuums. It’s amazing what Dyson sucks out of the carpet, nothing compares! It’s very powerful and reliable vacuum. A must have for proper deep cleaning. My only wish it was a bit lighter, but other than that it’s perfection.

I’ve always wanted to see how the Dyson products worked. Let me tell you I have two cats with Berber carpet. It looked clean with my old Walmart vacuum. Once I used the Dyson I could not believe what it picked up I could have made a third cat just from the hair.
I have had Rainbow vacuums in the past which are amazing. But the price of the rainbow is prohibitive. So Dyson does an amazing job at a great price. Try it and see what you think. You won’t be sorry.

Good power suction, expensive but seems worth it, to me because of the suction compared to other vac I’ve had. Bulky and heavy to carry up stairs. Attached hose works well on stairs and hard to reach places.

This item is very heavy, bulky and hard to use. The reachable hose is awkward and stiff. Within one day, the ball mechanism was broken. At 3 months, it’s making an odd noise. For the amount of money spent, it should be way better than it is. I’ll be going back to Shark products.
