The dust bin replacement fits and functions like the original for my Dyson V15. A spare dust bin enables me to remove the dirty dust bin, set it aside for later cleaning, replace it with a clean dust bin, and continue vacuuming. It makes the job more efficient without having to stop for immediate cleaning.
It is a great replacement, but I do not know why the price needs to be greater than 50% more than the spare part Dyson sells for their registered owners (price as of 5/22/24).

I love our Dyson v15. It does a fantastic job of sucking up dog hair. We have a large German Shepherd that makes weekly vacuuming a must.
I am always looking for parts and accessories for our Dyson. I ordered the S USECRET Dust Bin Replacement Compatible with Dyson V15 as a spare since the Dyson is a critical part of our weekly house cleaning.
I was excited when it arrived but unfortunately it was missing the red ergonomic design handle that releases the dust bin for emptying. Also the red seal at the top is deformed and not as thick a material as the original from Dyson. I would expect for the price, it would be as good or better than the Dyson original.
This dust bin is costly and I am surprised that the manufacturer’s inspectors would miss the large red handle when boxing it up. I’ll be returning it to Amazon for a replacement. This missing part makes it not usable!
UPDATE: I just received a replacement from Amazon. All parts are there and it fits and works as it should. I’m updating my review from 1 to 4 stars for the quick and easy replacement with easy return through Amazon.

Dyson had recently replaced the vacuum head unit on my animal v10. Afterward, my dad worked on the original and got it running again. I ordered this dust bin to go with the head unit and paired it with my extra set of attachments and now I have 2 functional vacuums! Super easy to install, and shipped very quickly too.

I have a Dyson that occasionally needs replacements. It’s way too expensive to buy the actual Dyson parts, so I always get the knock offs for a fraction of the price. They work perfectly.

This Dust Bin Assembly is a compatible replacement for my Dyson V10. The old one easily slides off and the new one slides on. No tools needed. It included a screwdriver, I’m not sure why…At first I couldn’t get this replacement to slide open as it seemed too tight. After forcing it a little I was able to open and close it more easily. The more I did it it started to loosen up. I ordered this as a back-up in case my Dyson Bin would break. I will put a small amount of grease on the moving parts once I need to replace the original bin. This looks and feels very much the same as the original Dyson, at a fraction of their replacement cost.
