I have the Bissell carpet shampoo device and the Bissell handheld. The handheld Bissell is annoyingly HEAVY full of water and weak even with a chemical pre treated Air-Fryer. The Bissell Shampoo machine used low quality plastic on the plastic that holds the gaskets in place and I’m just constantly chasing big leaks.
The Dupray does a mind blowing excellent job at windows and just melts the dirt and paint overspray. The Dupray took a mattress stain and made it completely bright white with a little help with (Goof Off) marks and stains remover. The Dupray cleaned all my floors better than I could do with a car wash bucket cleaning on my hands and knees previously. It gets all the dirt out of whatever that wood texture my floors are like no other methods.

We have two very furry dogs and live in a very dusty area, so I wanted a steam cleaner to help me get dog slobber off walls, dust off of baseboards, clean grout and to disinfect areas where the dogs lie down the most.
Setting the machine up was very easy, you just pour water in, then wait a few minutes, and you’re good to go. It has a long cable and moves along the floor. I usually have to use serious elbow grease to clean parts of the home, but this machine obliterated dirt in minutes without scrubbing on my part. It also got rid of all the dust on baseboards – I just had to wipe the water off.
It’s extremely versatile due to the various attachments, and just the right size so you can clean a large area without refilling.
I disinfected all my floors and various crevices of the home, including windows!

What is better on the Neat+: 1600w more power, better funnel, can put more water in while in use, heats up in less that 2 min and continuously works. Although after 45-min of continuous use the 50psi weakens.
PROS:
-Heats up fast. Less that 2 min.
-Works continuously till water is low.
-Can add water anytime and continue using.
-Light weight and compact
-cleans great as a general steam cleaner on floors, toilets, mirrors, windows, steam bacteria out of area rugs, etc & dries fast
-Pinch grips on floor tool can use any microfiber towel. Could even use old floor mop pads.
CONS:
-must leave steam on very dirty or greasy service a long time for it to soften. I used a scrubber with steam scrubber same time on grout on my hand and knees.
-Needs better tools. Should come with 2” narrow strong grout brush. Brushed deteriorate fast. Wire round brush worked well on oven racks with A LOT of scrubbing.
Extra pads, bonnets, brushes kit $79
If you have very dirty surfaces and want it cleaned faster I would suggest the Dupray Tosca 316 degrees, 72.5 psi.

This is a small appliance but it is super powerful. You can use it for so many different things at home and commercially it is that good. I was really surprised how much heat it puts out. I’m super impressed. I wished I would’ve gotten it sooner. Worth every penny. The attachment hose is really long, the power word is also pretty long so you don’t have to unplug it that much. The rest of the attachments are really useful. My husband said that it’s more like a toy to me than a cleaning appliance.

Love this machine! I rinse the pad out after cleaning about a 10×15 space, throw it back on and keep going. It’s so nice to know the floor is getting sanitized without chemicals, just hot water.

Used to clean grout on tile floor. Last time I used a grout brush with grout cleaner on sanded grout. I lost a lot of grout due to the mechanical action of scrubbing. Tried the steam cleaner and the grout loss was very minimal. The steam worked very good, but due to the colored grout being dirty (in random Kitchen areas) I used a grout cleaner. The steam cleaner and the grout cleaner worked great. Per youtube the pros after cleaning use an extractor (wet vac} to clean the solution and dirty water from the cleaning action. You want to get rid of the dirty water or it goes back on the grout. After vac, I put clean water and vac again and got great result. I imagine if just using the steam you would want to vac the same as using the solution. It is a small unit and refilling with water is a constant chore. I wish it had a water level indicator to let you know you are getting near the end of the water, since I used grout cleaner, I didnt want to have the cleaner solution on the grout to long. The cool down to refill is approx 20 min. and warm up time is 8 min. So between refill and back to steaming grout is approx 30 min down time. I purchased the service pack, giving a lot of extras, some of which I probably wont use. Keep the box for storage as the attachments are many.
I am pleased with the purchase and the customer service is exemptional.
