I am so disappointed. I spent more money than I wanted to on this because I WANTED IT TO LAST!
I have used it a total of 5 times and it completely stopped work. I’ve contacted the seller to see if I can exchange it. I haven’t heard back yet.

I like this steam cleaner. It comes with alot of steamer parts, and is designed to keep most all accessories on board. It works great on any solid surface and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The only draw back, it doesn’t vacuum up the steamed surface dirt. You have to have a mop and bucket or use something to wipe up the dirt. So that is an advertisement in itself, as it works great, produces hot steam in a short period, roughly 5-7 minutes for a full tank. I looked for a steamer and there were many to choose from but I chose this one based on the description, design and the number of accessories it offers with the price. It is compact enough to store in a small space, but I purchased a bag for the complete machine and accessories so we could keep everything together and store it until needed.

It needs to add water and boil the water to steam then use. It cannot add water on the fly. Compared with other products in Australia we can add water immediately heat up and add water on the fly. Other then that spot steam is really good.

Love this steamer! In addition to all of the fantastic attachments, it is also one of the few I’ve found that actually uses STEAM to clean. You need to let it sit powered on for 8-10 minutes I would say (and use a higher-voltage-load breaker…It trips the lower ones really easily/trips breakers running other appliances consistently). Really that would be my only complaint, and that’s really more on this apartment than the product. Works great on carpet or laminate/tile. Was able to get cannabis resin/wax? off of the floor from the last tenant after trying everything else! Super super versatile item. If you’re considering this vs something else, I strongly say get this! I have had this for several months and use it all the time (especially when my infant has a really messy food day) and it is so much easier than scrubbing endlessly! Nice and bright so you can’t misplace it 😀

This is very lightweight but works powerfully. Once it gets hot it continually blows out a steady amount of steam. The steam is forceful and productive. I used it on carpet to simply steam it and sanitize it. It worked beautifully!!! The steam was consistent the entire 40 minutes I was using it and it seemed as if it could have gone longer. This is a great buy. I cannot wait to use it on a dirty area on my bricks outside and on my grout lines on the kitchen floor

Was disappointed when got unpacked a started using it was suppose to gave different tempature settings but does not. You don’t even need to pull the trigger on the handle it starts all by itself as soon as there is steam. The description says that you can lock it to the on position without having to hold the button. This is not true. It comes on and stays on. So if you have to walk away for any reason the machine will still blast out steam. The only way to stop the steam is by turning the machine off. The reason I got a multi-purpose machine was you could control the the power and temperature of the machine. But you can’t! It comes in one steam pressure and it “High Blast Steam at over 200°”. It gets so hot that the triagle brush I used started to melt. It said you can clean tile, your floors, your stove, faucets etc but I don’t see how that could be possible at only one steam speed. But other then that it works good.

This is a steam cleaner- no soap- no chemical, just really hot (215º+) steam at moderately high pressure. DO NOT get a body part in the way!!!
We’ve had a bad year where I live. Too warm and too wet– the perfect habitat for a bumper crop of fleas. We have two very environmentally friendly little dogs who brought company home for dinner!! Our dogs were dinner!
We bought all kinds of powders and environment-friendly toxins with little improvement. We are Sr. Citizens and two of our daughters even came an cleaned the carpet and vacuumed like crazy. Our 82 and 76 year-old bodies just can’t do that kind of constant work.
So–To win this battle the life cycle of a flea must be broken. Research showed me that a steamer can kill fleas in all stages.
Sorry for the tome here but– This cleaner is easy to use. My injured back can handle it. It kills all stages of flea development. It is easy to pull and not awkward. The hot steam has enough force to get into the nooks and crannies of our 90 old house.
I also tried it on my stove, OH MY! And my sink looks much better.
I keep finding more surfaces o try this!
