This vacuum is great! Good suction, easy to use, and the light weight. We also have a Cordless Dyson V8 Pet vacuum and I find myself reaching for this one if I’m doing the whole house because it’s lighter and dragging it up and down the steps is easier than our Dyson. In regards to suction, the Dyson is better but I would never say this vacuum has bad suction. It still does a great job. Overall this thing is great!
The only reasons I deducted a star was because
1. The vacuum looks cheap
2. And the LED lights on the mouth of the vacuum don’t really help or add anything to the experience, it just looks cheap/tacky.

Just got it today. Having already watched a couple of short videos, I had it unpacked and running in about 3 minutes. I mainly bought this to clean up cat litter. One of my cats has decided he will only poop in the living room and he scrapes and tracks the litter everywhere. I was tired of getting out a corded vacuum every day to clean up after him. We have a 3-story house with a combination of carpet, tile, and hardwood floors. I really didn’t want to buy another vacuum as I already have 2 upright carpet vacuums, 2 corded stick vacuums, 1 corded handheld vacuum, and one robot vacuum, but I really felt this cordless one would fill a gap in my cleaning tools. It read 70 percent out of the box so I got right to work. Our litter is the sandy clay kind, and the new vacuum did a good job of cleaning it all up, including almost all of what was in the hardwood floor cracks. Next I did the hardwood stairs, which collect a lot of cat hair. Then I did the hardwood steps that come up from the garage. These stairs collect cat hair as well dirt that gets tracked in from outside. Then I did the laundry room which has linoleum tile and a 5×7 low-pile area rug. The remaining time indicator would drop in 10-percent increments and by this time, maybe after 20 minutes, it was showing 20 percent left. I decided to keep cleaning until it died. We have an exercise room with rubber matting on the floor that one of our cats likes to scratch at, resulting in pea-to-rice sized chunks of rubber all over the floor and this was easily picked up. I only did a 3×3 section of bedroom carpet at the top of the stairs but it did a good job of picking up clumps of cat hair and other small debris, including a 3-inch strip of paper from the shredder. The timer was now reading zero but it continued to clean for almost 10 minutes for a total of about 30 minutes. Only about 2 minutes was done on the higher suction setting to help with the cat litter clean up. I was very impressed with the performance in every area I cleaned. It is much quieter than any of my corded vacuums and it rolls quietly and smoothly on hard surfaces. The brush and crevice tools are nothing special, but the telescopic hose/tube is aluminum and plastic and feels very sturdy, as do all the connection points. If I had any complaint it would be that the components are a little stiff to pull apart. I bought the 3-year extended warranty for $25 so hope to get a good five years out of it. I neglected to read that I was supposed to fully charge it before using, which said it would take about 3 hours. When I started to charge it after letting it die, it took at least 20 minutes for it to register any progress, and after 2 hours and 20 minutes it is at 50 percent. It ended up taking almost 5 hours to fully charge. Haven’t tried to attach it to the wall yet. While it will stand up on it’s own, I feel like a slight nudge will tip it forward so not the best design in that regard. The dirt collection bin is fairly small but it is easy to empty. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase so far. Hope this info is helpful!

Pros-lightweight. Cons- battery never stays charged. Charged, turn on used for a few minutes, went to 90%, powered off, used again later and it was 80%, after being on the charger. Suction power is okay, small canister, but okay as I have small space. Overall I think I was looking for something a little more durable and with a battery that doesn’t lose power. I returned the first one hoping it was defective, naw- the second one is the same.

I thought this was great when we first got it. Purchased in April 2024. It is now Sept 2024. I only use it a couple times a week. I do not have any carpeting so all wood floors. After 3 months the suction reduced. After 4 months hardly any suction. It won’t even pick up cat hair from the wood floor. I also get the error message telling me that I used the wrong charger. I only have this one charger and I keep it with the vacuum pieces. I am very disappointed. I know I am using the right one.
It is easy to put together and easy to use clean out etc. But that doesn’t mean anything when it wont pick up!

It worked great for about 2 months. I have a husky. I only have hardwood floors, no carpet. The other stick vacuum I had was awesome. I couldn’t find it on Amazon, so I went with this one. We’ll after about 3 months the suction started to decrease. Even when fully charged with a clean filter and brush….it isn’t picking up anything now. Of course it’s past the return window, so a total waste of money. I would not recommend this vacuum
Do not get custom size. Product is poor quality and is a hassle to return since it is not a prime product. Product is paper thin and quality is extremely poor. –
I purchased this vacuum when my shark broke and let me tell you I am beyond impressed. It’s very easy to set up, charges fast and holds charge long enough to do my entire house. It comes with a nice wall mount that holds everything. It’s lightweight and easy to move around. I’d give 10 star if I could. I also have 2 kids, a dog, and a cat and it sucks everything up great.

This is a great lightweight and easy to use stick vacuum. I love that there are no cords to worry about and that the battery lasts the entirety of my clean. It is easy to charge and comes with a nice wall mount so you can charge it out of the way (ours is behind the door in the laundry room). I usually wear my ear pods while cleaning so I can get some good “reading” in and this vacuum is quiet enough that I can hear my book and not have to blast it. It has a nice little light on the front and it has a few different speeds of suction. It’s a great little vacuum for the price. We have two levels and it works great on the stairs and it’s easy enough for the kids to use. It’s easy to clean out and comes with an extra filter for your use. It also has a few different attachments to use.
