   Pad does not have the stability or use longevity necessary for more than one use. Fibers pull away from pad when removed from holder and carborundum abrasive is not encapsulated totally to the fibers causing the pad to leave grit on floor. Pad survives about 2000 square feet of use. However, cost of pad may justify early failure if area to be stripped is small and saving of pad for further use is not required.
