I got this for my college apartment to clean the floors. (As you can imagine the apartment wasn’t super clean when we got it) My roommates and I loved it. I recommend getting some more pads with it. It’s super light and easy to use. Dries fast as well.

I was very happy with it heats up fast. I wish it had a removable water bottle it don’t. But works great. The price was not bad for it. Again I am happy with it an would buy it again

Buyer beware l bought this because l had black and decker products before and they were great. First of all l did not know this had a two pin plug. Luckily l had an adapter would you believe it plugged it into the adapter and the adapter went bust. Luckily had another from our travels plugged it in great steam gave the house a clean. When l went to use it again the damned thing would not steam nothing just water dripping out of it. Its faulty DO NOT BUY. In this time of cost of living issues its money down the drain.

It works simply and does a decent job. Careful not to bang or drop it, it’s only plastic. The electrical cord is way too short and there is nothing to wrap the cord onto .

The cord is way way too short and annoying to find plugs in order to finish one room. Secondly. It is almost impossible for me to turn on. I’ll admit 4 hand surgeries has left me with dexterity issues, but I should be able to just push the button to turn it on. I have to ask my husband to do it.
Once on it did a good job, but not a usable product for me.

Works really well and exactly as advertised. However, the cord is very short (you cannot do a whole room and will find it frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and just use an extension cord from the start.
