I bought this great little vacuum back in June. I have tile floors and with five dogs I sweep daily. I use this vacuum to suck up the piles of dog hair and sand the pups bring in. But yesterday, the little flapper broke. This is the plastic piece that keeps the dirt and hair from falling back out of it when you turn it off. I can’t find a replacement part for this. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. I’ll reach out to customer support on Monday. Otherwise just making sure the vacuum is vertical when I turn it off is the solution in the meantime.

We bought it thinking it would be a nice little extra to our big vacuum. Well turns out that this is waaaaay better than our expensive (Samsung) vacuum. My Husband was convinced that his vacuum was the best but only after using this Black+Decker vacuum he realized that the carpet didn’t have a pattern but rather was dirty. Not only does this thing have great suction it also runs forever. It was quite funny to see how he slowly had to admit that his beloved Samsung vacuum isn’t as good as he thinks. So yeah I totally recommend it.

Love Dustbusters! This is easy to use. The attachments are easy to put on and take off. Easy open to dump out the debris. The only thing I don’t like on this style is when you open the container to dump the debris, is the filter falls out as well so if you’re not careful the debris will go all over the place. Other than that it great. If it wasn’t for that it would have gotten 5 stars.

I love these handheld vacs and love place them strategically around my house for convenience. I have 2 other B&D handheld vacs purchased within the last 2 years. I have ordered and reordered supplies of the filters which worked for my vacs. Now I have ordered this version and love that it seems to have a bit more suction power. HOWEVER, when it was time to change out the filter, I was sorely disappointed that my other filters did not fit in this vac! The inner shape is completely different and even forcing the filter in does not allow the cover to snap back into place completely. I had no idea the model changed that much and now will have to go on the hunt to find the compatible filter. It’s a shame to have 3 B&D handheld vacs but one of them needs a different filter. Its the reason I rated it 3 stars instead of 5. 😞

J’ai reçu le produit Black et Decker avec une fiche électrique USA. Le contact du fournisseur m’a écrit qu’il fallait que je me fournisse un adaptateur car c’est un produit d’importation USA, pourtant fabriqué en chine !
Il n’y a aucune information de cette précision dans la description, ce qui est condamnable.
Je ne comprend pas les notes des acheteurs Amazon !
Un adaptateur serait le bien venu, mais surtout que les clients soient informés, comment ont fait les autres si ils sont comme moi ?
Un adaptateur français lui coûterais même pas deux euro !

I ordered this several months ago and have not even plugged it into charge once. Yes, I use it only periodically but often enough that you would think it would need to charge by now but it’s still going strong. In fact, I can’t even find the charger anymore, so I’m gonna need to order one lol. Overall, I’m happy with this product. It has good suction and the battery life – can’t Complain!

I love the size and the power is so strong I have had Black and Decker vacuums for many many years. My last one had to be at least 10 yrs old, got the where the Charge would not charge it up after all those years. What great vacuums they have served me well. This one has a washable Filter that is a plus also. The only thing is that the attachments do not have a place to be stored on the Unit. But they are stored very close, so it is not a problem for me. Can’t go wrong for the quality, and the price !! I really am looking forward to using it for years to come.

This is at least the third version of this handheld vac. I couldn’t do without it. It picks up everything and is very easy to empty. And I buy the filter replacements on amazon too. Every home should have one of these!
