It’s very easy to use and lightweight. I have used it every day since I received it. It comes with two pads, one for lighter cleaning and one that’s for more deeper cleaning. They’re equally good at cleaning but I definitely noticed a difference in the crevices of my tile when I switched to the heavier/textured pad. The brush option is perfect for grout! Very easy to switch to the brush option, you just press the foot pedal and pull the steamer off the pad, very easy! I tried it on my laminate flooring and it streaked but that’s my fault, the pad was too wet.
There is a little slot for a scented disc, I think it’s a great idea actually but the scent isn’t really my style. I’m hoping they make other scents, it works very well and really fills the room with the aroma.
I will be purchasing extra pads, I have quite a bit of floor space and once the pad gets soaked, it needs to be replaced.

Love my steam mop – honestly I use mine on my walls, with the little ones running around handprints on my walls are inevitable. Only reason for a 4 star is I accidentally left my previous one plugged in and it over heated and delaminated the control panel effectively rendering it useless. Please make it safer to be left plugged in – I don’t want that fire hazard!

I absolutely love this steam cleaner. It truly cleans my tile 100 percent. It gets my grout cleaner than anything without using harsh chemicals! My first one stopped working but I loved this so much that I didn’t even complain I just bought a second. It’s easy to use and clean. I recommend this product for everyone, especially if you have tile.

Just received it today after delivery issues (never figured out if from deliverer or tracking issue) I was a little apprehensive due to the box had clearly been opened and retaped at some point. I have immediately used it to make sure all was well. Worked as stated, quickly for the water heat up. Tried it on the grout with smaller head. I did not see any grout improvement unless it had a really dirty area. Overall it works as stated and quickly. I will be looking in the near future for one that has the attachments that I thought I would not want to keep up with. I think the crevice tools for extra fine grout lines will work better for me. But for now I will continue to use this one. Overall worth the money I paid on it, for an experiment lol. My floors all did well with this, porcelain and high grade laminate floors without any issues.

I spent literal hours searching for the best steam mop for me. Every YouTube video I watched led me back to this one. Even though it was the least expensive and didn’t look as fancy as the spin wave, I took a shot because Amazon returns are easy anyways.
Let me just say, every single person making review videos or demos don’t have even half as bad of floors as me. I have pets and a really really messy wild toddler. I also homeschool my oldest so my home never gets a break. They make messes faster than I can clean them. I didn’t do my floors for 4 days just to try this out on the worst of the worst. I’m talking, there was a spot of chocolate milk that had dried up and got sticky and dogs and kids walking over it led it to being a sticky muddy mess. This thing cleaned up every single thing perfectly. I did my whole house and no steaks whatsoever. I have light colored non textured tile and EVERYTHING shows up when it’s dry, and after using this it’s sparkly clean. I had the bissell hydrosteam mop vac and it went out on me due to design flaws within a few months. This has none of that and does a way better job and I don’t have to take it apart to clean it after every use. Just throw the mop head in the washer and done. I am in LOVE!! I didn’t have to use the hand held feature but I’d bet money it’s just as good and will help with baseboards and things like that.

Bought this to clean my mother-in-laws tile floors. It worked well. It’s light and easy to use so she will have one less excuse next time I go there …. and maybe I won’t have to clean the floors. But If I do, that’s ok: She’s cool and this steam mop makes a quick job of it.
