I’m always looking to make my cleaning easier because I just don’t have a lot of time. I have purchased rotating wet mops before and I’ve always been disappointed, but I decided to try this one and I can’t even believe how well it cleans. I bought this for work because we have some high traffic areas that are constantly dirty. I run a spa and a lot of product falls onto the floor and dries before we can cleaned it up. It’s always been a challenge. Traditional mopping wasn’t cutting it and we would have to go in and scrub it by hand. I decided to give this one a try. It worked like a dream! It gets above 200F and melts and removes anything that’s caked on. I was so impressed, I decided to bring it home and try it on my floors. I don’t think my floors have ever been cleaner! I used to hate walking around the house barefoot because I always kind of felt like it was still dirty and there was some residue on the floor. Now I love walking on the floors barefoot because they feel clean and an added bonus is you don’t have to use cleaning product which avoids the residue and is better for the environment. I will continue to use this steam mop and write an update on the review in a few months, but I’m definitely impressed!

I purchased 2 lemons of a different brand last year. I wasted time, money, patience…and decided not to buy any more of these. The only reason I changed my mind was because of the reviews on this specific brand/cleaner…& being desperate.
It came in a smaller box so I was worried if that’s why this product was on sale. Lol. The size is actually perfect for anyone. It’s not tiny, so don’t let the box fool you. The look, quality, and cord length met my expectations. The steam output adjust to whatever kind of floor you may have. The temperature sets itself (depending on if you have tile, hardwood, etc.) It’s durable and was simple to put together. It cleans and sanitizes extremely well which is what I was looking for since it’s the start of lets spread more germs season. It cleaned up a lot of tough spots my other non steaming cleaner was not. The mop pads need changing if you realize it’s not working as well on your floor or if you realize it’s leaving “grits” of dirt. Wait a few moments before popping them out because they can be hot. (They are easy to remove) It collects/cleans fast. Since it rotates at the bottom & not in any specific shape, it doesn’t get into direct L corners but truly close enough. After I was finished, I wash the mop pads in the washer on hot water and added a drop of bleach the first time and then I dried them on low in the dryer. Came out brand new and ready to use again. You’ll receive 4 with this purchase so that’ll give you time to order more if needed. So glad I made this purchase and while it was on sale:-)

Been using a swiffer for years, thought my floors were clean until I used this steam mop. It’s amazing how much dirt the pads caught, after I vacuumed and swiffered. I have two dogs that go in and out all day, it’s reassuring to know I can deep clean my floors without chemicals. Much safer option, so happy with this purchase!!

So glad I finally ditched my old sponge mop and bucket! I read the reviews on this Bisell and they convinced me to switch. They were right ! Easy to put together and easy instructions for use. I was a first hesitant about the water container size, but I only needed 2 and 1/4 total for my kitchen, dining room, 5 bathrooms ( I know, my house has about 3 too many 🙂 and hallway. The self propel and spinning pads were very easy to use, similar to a buffer. While it took longer to do all the floors compared to my old mop, I felt it left the floor and grout much cleaner. Pads just velco off and on .

I’m in love with this steamer! It works like a pro. I have white tiles on the entire living room and it does a fantastic job. It basically moves itself, I just have to direct the steamer. Removes pretty much everything from the floor and lets it shine. No chemicals, just water. I bought 2 bottles of Bissel water with fragrance and the whole house smells good.
To clean the pads, just remove them after using them and throw both in the laundry with other items like rags that are eventually used for cleaning other things in the house and voila, they all come out beautifully clean. I highly recommend this product and Bissell demoralized + scent as well.

This machine is amazing!! Two words of advice though–the tiny screw some of the reviews talk about missing is taped to the head of the machine–do not throw away as just tape as I almost did. 2nd–my machine on the 1st use, when I filled the tank up to do another room, developed a vapor lock. I contacted Customer Service & after multiple e-mails explaining that the “water droplet” light came on which tells you to fill again but mine was 2/3 full, it took about 3 days to get the instructions for a vapor lock–super simple, but sometimes corresponding by e-mail rather than phone is more difficult. My husband actually figured it out by then, and I was a cleaning fool again. Love it–highly recommend. Your floors will never be so clean and my opinion stay way cleaner longer than just moving dirt around your floor with a mop. I keep the mop for a quick clean up, but so easy and the pads just go in the washer and re-use again and again.

The best thing I’ve ever purchased and got a great deal with it being on sale. The scrub pads don’t seem to last but you can buy more in their website plus you can buy fragrances that are safe to use. It heats ups within one minute to full steam temp and is super quiet. This is making my life so much easier because I like having clean floors and my BF refuses to take off his shoes.
